First time staying at Amari. Hotel room and condition is superb. The restaurant dinner and breakfast is good too. Hotel staffs be it at counter or restaurant is also pleasant and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay. BUT, I felt that the counter staff should ask guest when checking in if they are driving so that guest will not caught off guard when checking out knowing that they will have to pay for the parking fees if they drove in and used their TNG card. I have parked my car for 2 days and had to pay with TNG. So for all that drove...do not use the TNG and just take the ticket. Hope that the hotel can improve on these.

Nice premium hotel next to shopping malls and near KTM station.
Very clean facilities. Comfortable bed with both soft and hard pillows.
Full day parking for hotel guests at 10 dollars, which is reasonable.
Will use it again for family staycation.

Hotel is convenient, located opposite komtar shopping mall which is right beside jb city square. Room is big and spacious and clean. Booking comes with breakfast. Will recommend those with families to stay there.

Booked during flash sales for a room with breakfast at a steal.
Did not regret trying out, in fact, this hotel is now our top choice hotel for staycation in JB.
Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no queue at checkin (mainly because we reached at about 4pm). Got upgraded to executive room that comes with complimentary mini bar with Pringles Chips and Tong Garden Mixed Nuts.
Room is kept clean and the corridor walkway is quite quiet as compared to other hotel's executive room that we went to.
One of the bonus point which i like is the wardrobe comes with an electrical socket so the hairdryer can be plugged on and use immediately instead of having the need to find a power point.
Overall a pleasant stay and we will definitely return!

Smaller room size than expected, and there is no minibar. As a memer I m abit disappointed, my past experience of staying in Amari Bangkok was much better. Hopefully I can see some improvement in next visit.

Thanks for providing cot and accommodating room change :) great service, great breakfast, great late check out! Nice pool. Amazing location near city square / komtar, and near HDL. Only thing was slightly confusing parking policy.

Very convenient location near City Square mall and Komtar JBCC and right above Zenith mall. Hotel and room were clean. Staff were professional and helpful too.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was a bit slow despite having no Q. Best is the hotel is just opposite Komtar JBCC. Really convenient location. Will definitely be back!

Nice hotel. Room is bright and great location. But isn’t super clean. Hair and powder found on bed. Amenities don’t have cotton pad. Hair found in packaged earbud.
Breakfast was pretty good as attached. Will stay again if price is reasonable. Without discounts it’s not worth it.
