Balneario de Archena - Hotel Levante

Cet hôtel vaut vraiment la peine d'être visité ! Idéal pour passer un séjour de détente. Vous avez accès aux piscines et l'hôtel fournit également des peignoirs pour aller à l'intérieur, ce qui est très pratique car vous devez vous promener à l'extérieur. L'emplacement de l'hôtel ressemble à une petite ville et les environs sont très bien entretenus.

- Was given just classic room instead of superior room (which was paid 30$ more), asked reception women for higher floor, she said no rooms. However after we call management she found a better room on 3rd floor, I can’t understand such attitude. - For spa zone needs swimming cap, which can be given for free, but they asked money for it, bad experience. Others experiences was just excellent!

The hotel is basic. The receptionist gave us the minimum of information about the facilities. You pay extra for towels and bath robes. The restaurant is not worth a visit, poor food choices. You can order a bottle of wine but not a glass with your dinner. As for the swimming pools, it’s a definite no go. Dirty , noisy and certainly not a relaxing experience. Had a drink in the Salon, service was good but the toilets were filthy. This experience is for the older generation 65++ . Not for young couples, keep away. There is nicer elsewhere.

We have been members of Archena for many years it never ever disappoints This time we stayed at levante we try to alternate between levante and thermas. The service at the customer desk is incredible a smile and all the information you need. This time we would love to mention Sebastian and Zaira down at the thermal treatments in thermas hotel They were excellent A smile (even at 8.30am) a beautiful and relaxing Archena massage and all with great customer service Honestly it never disappoints The only negative aspect is that we go to Archena to relax we are teachers and we find it quite distressing in the spa pool with kids screaming and jumping and total mayhem at times I wish they could have another town or area because if it’s sold as a relaxing place it can be quite far from it when sometimes you have other peoples kids jumping screaming and misbehaving in an area where it is sold as a relaxing and calming experience .

Room was fairly small. Air con would not work and when reported to reception was told air con was switched off in the winter (it was 30 degrees) but having since read other reviews it appears there has been the same complaint/problem all year. it was really warm in the room even with the window wide open. The dressing gowns supplied were a grubby dirty white and very thin and small compared to gowns from other hotels. The shower was very difficult to switch from shower to bath and visa versa. The car park is quite a walk away and is charged at 8€ a day. The thermal bath is ok but crowded and they want you to pay 5€(Non returnable) for a small padlock which is 60 cents in my local shop ( I live in spain). Booked for two nights but left early and they tried to charge me two days parking until challenged. Would not return

We stayed in a pleasant and quiet room at the hotel, had a generous breakfast in the building opposite and spent the afternoon swimming and lazing in the thermal pools after driving through the beautiful Valle de Ricote. The whole place has a slightly old world feel to it which we enjoyed. The staff very kindly sent me my reading glasses which I had left in the bedroom. I would stay there again.

Archena is a Beautiful place the swimming pools are very big with good jets not really worth paying Extra for the lemon bath in my Opinion. There is a nice garden with shade from big trees. You can get coffee and snacks and just chill. We stayed at the lavante hotel was very Standard. Breakfast was disappointing and walked out after sitting for 15 minutes without any service It was are Anniversary so we booked meal in the À la cart Restaurant El Agua 4 of us only 3 got our starters and the main meal was so over salted it was not Edible. I know the Spanish over salt but to do that to a Château Briand is Sacrilege. Shame as it Ruined our meal. The whole place was under staffed and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Would not go back .

Tras reservar una habitación superior en Hotel Levante para dos días me encontré con un mobiliario básico y una cisterna de water que no funcionaba. No deshice las maletas por si se nos cambiaba de habitación, pero llamaron a mantenimiento. Se nos dijo que estaba solucionado, pero el sistema dejó de funcionar por la noche, y el mal olor por el uso se hizo evidente. Cuando a la mañana siguiente se me ofrece cambiarnos de habitacion, comento que no es el momento cuando las maletas estan desechas y que deseo comunicarme con el gerente (David Rull Jala). Cuando expliqué la situación, sin mediar palabra me convidó de forma chulesca a poner una hoja de reclamación, insinuando que quería un beneficio económico y "que si en mi casa no se estropeaba nada". Fue tan lamentable y violenta la situación que amargó nuestra estancia en este balneario, posiblemente la situación más incómoda que hemos vivido como viajeros y provocada por alguien que se supone que debe manejar estas situaciones, máxime cuando se pagan más de 200 euros por estancia al día (aparte servicios termales, desayunos o comidas). Mi calificación es pésima gracias a esta persona, de las que creía que no existían, nunca volveré y espero que los inversores de este establecimiento termal lo tengan en cuenta a quién tienen al frente. Pero no es casualidad y ya he leído comentarios similares al mío de otros viajeros afrentados por David Rull.
