The stuff is very kind and breakfast is ok. The Hotel is way too pricey for the service and the quality of the structure/comfort and design it offers because the room was tiny and poorly decorated. I extended my staying for one night after the booked time and for some reason the room was not cleaned up between the reservation period and the extended day. The third bed is just a sofa, quite uncomfortable

Clean room situated in the center of Jyväskylä. The room was quite enough for good sleep, although the hotel was full. Warm garage for the car - easy to continue driving on the snowy roads after the visit. Friendly, helpful people at the reception.

Upon arrival, I was asked if I needed a quiet room. Although the hotel is very much in the city centre, the room really was quiet and I slept very well. A nice no-nonsense choice for a hotel, great location especially for those travelling by train. Bring your own slippers as there are no carpets on the wooden floors.

Not a nice building Looks like an old soviet union cubicle... doors opening outside was weird Green shades that give a greenish gloomy atmosphere BUT Great breakfast buffet Comfortable beds Nice shower with good pressure of water Central location

I stayed here for one night to work at an event. Staff was friendly but the front desk was understaffed and long lines occurrd at the check-in. Breaksfast was organised in shifts. My room was in the annex, so I had to walk downstairs and througj a tunnel. My room was ice cold and the AC heating refused the remote control. The room was clean but the walls were thin. The curtains are not lightproof, bring a sleeping mask, for the streetlamps are on all night. The bathroom was very basic, rather Holiday Inn or Ibis Budget style, far from the regular Scandic standards. The shower was moody...and not very warm. Breaksfast was oustanding wven for Scandic standards. With plenty of vegan and gluten-free choices, even cake was provdided. The station is in walking distance, so is the City Center and bars and clubs. All in all it was ok, but next time I'll try to get better value at a different hotel, for I prefer a waem room, if it's -15*C outside.

Hotel was pretty good. Rooms are clean and nice but would need small update i guess. But nothing huge just small signs of wear here and there. We were still very happy with the room. The service at the lobby was very kind and this place had awesome breakfast. 5/5. We checked the gym and it had all the basic things you can imagine to do a good workout. Parking lot was good also.

Excellent breakfast and 5th floor rooms had comfy and wide beds and recently renovated bathrooms. The staff were really helpful. The amount of Scandic Friends points required for a reward night is very low which is a nice bonus!

Good place to stay on work trip. Good and tidy rooms, quiet to sleep. Good and peaceful breakfast room if you go early enough. Location is perfect and lots of parking room for your car. Both hotel and parking places are quite easy to find. I recommend. Of course rooms are a bit old but the bed was great and that is what matters to me when I am on a work trip.

The rooms are defenitely not as portraited in the website. Rooms are old, badly in the need of an update. Some old water damage markings on the walls. The colour of the curtains were so bright green, that my epileptic daughter asked me if it is going to cause her a seizure. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Easy parking.
