The hotel is located within a short walk from the city center. If the rooms weren't already quite worn and some issues with housekeeping (that were mostly solved by the staff), I would rate this 4. The breakfast was very good, appreciated the relaxed and non-crowded feel at the breakfast, probably due to long opening hours. The service everywhere in the hotel very good, but especially at breakfast.

We stayed here from on a weekend trip to Jyväskylä. Dont have anything bad to comment ☺️ Staff was really! friendly, room was big and clean, parking was good, breakfast ok, and location was close to city centre at the harbour. If I had to change one thing - I would change pillows but all else was as expected

Rooms are nice, clean and with a view over the lakeside, but you also get two unwanted bonuses: multi-story garage and weekend noise. On the square, local musicians blast and shout till midnight. Not recommended during the warmer months of the year.

Stayed at this hotel for a special event, had a room upgrade and a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate and a welcome card waiting for us upon arrival. Room was very clean and comfy, great bed, fluffy towels, all nice and clean. And great views from the 8th floor too. Lots of choice at breakfast. Staff in this hotel are particularly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Great location too.

Friendly and pet-friendly. It is all in the details: car park doors open automatically, really appreciated when carrying all your luggage, and traveling with a dog. Treats and a towel for the dog. And for the human - special diets well informed at breakfast, with fresh and nice selection of alternatives to choose from - not just one. We also appreciated our clean and quiet room.

Great hotel. Excellent beds, nice breakfast and very central and easy to find. Parking garage located in the basement and the railway station just about 100m away makes it a great stay due to conveniency. The resturant in the hotel is also very popular since one day ahead booking is recommended. I didn't try, but both the staff and the locals told me so. Try to get a room high up for a nice view.

Nice one night stop on the way home from North. Very nice and spacious room with a great view. Super comfortable bed with several pillows to choose from. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Parking under the hotel (16€/night) but with entrance straight to the hotel

The hotel is just excellent. Best choice for travellers in City of Jyväskylä Finland. Great location and great service. We highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is of high quality too. Beautiful view to the lake just next to the hotel.
