Belkon Hotel

It was one of the ( bad , awful , scary , unclean... )Hotel that I have seen in my life... Its not 4 stars and I don't know turkey govt how took permission to this hotel 🤮🤮 I hope it's going to be close as soon as possible

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to, booked a month, after a few days booked another hotel. No hot water, electric keeps cutting off, water keep cutting off, Food is unedable, selection very poor and repetitive,and always cold. Toilet facilities filthy and unhygienic. Chef thinks he is best chef in country, personally I think he is the worst. No entertainment. All-inclusive drink selection is only . Tea, coffee,soft drinks, beer, or racki, no other spirits or cocktails. No complaints book, or manager available when you ask, and suddenly they do not understand English when you complained More like a holiday inn, dozens of different people appear in evening, and vanished next morning. So very unsafe if you have children or young children in hotel, as no security at hotel and anyone can wander into and on hotel property. Nearest shops nearly 2 mile away. Taxis are ripping everyone off, charging 15 Euro for a 2 euro trip ( as requested by Uber cabs ) Would not recommend any British family or individual's to book this hotel.

If you are thinking of going to an all-inclusive hotel with lovey staff, great food then I'd advise to look elsewhere. Food is the worst I have ever seen, to scared to try any Should be shut down!! Rude staff aswell

Well If you haven’t booked then DONT I would try and change hotel Restaurant The food is disgusting it looks like slops I asked for the toaster to be switched on and that was a moan there been a burnt bit of toast and it still there and it been there for two days so to me there hygiene is bad And I went to the reception to enquire about a safe and was told they don’t work I found this strange for the size of hotel I found the staff not helpful If you want an all inclusive then u in for a big surprise they only provide beer or wine if you want any spirts then u have to pay for it and you don’t Evan get a glass small plastic cup two slugs and it’s away The hotel is dirty I have only been hear for three days and I wish I was home as it’s making me depressed worrying that my passport are not in a safe

We are here at the moment, coming to our last days of our holiday.. When we first arrived we thought it was lovely hotel (at night), receptionist lovely spoke English also helped us alot. Then the problems began, probably won't be able to remember them all, as there is far to many to mention. Cleanliness of the room isn't far from being housed in a pig sty, don't get me wrong the cleaner did come in to clean most days but to my knowledge only to make the bed that was it, even left certain things around to see if they was cleaned. When came to dinner time I've never known anything like it, seats being reserved with towels as there isn't enough tables & chairs to cater for the amount of guests staying here, everyone runs through the doors once opened like caged animals from the zoo. Every evening the food was the same pasta, chips,nuggets, rice ect. Mini disco is 10 minutes long for the kids if that, there has been 2 evening entertainment out of my whole holiday (16 days), its not an all inclusive bar, only beer & wine served, unless you buy from the other bar. Pool area is very unsafe for toddlers as the deep pool attached to baby pool, (shown in picture below). Floor's all uneven and cracked, holes in floor's ect ect, also shown in pictures below. The guest's ain't short of being convicts just released from prisons & that's being kind to say the least. All toilets are disgusting, if they have been cleaned it's not been very well done! On site shop charges what they want don't send your kids there alone. Mice droppings on the stair way, no lights on stairwell. Roof access isn't sealed so anyone can gain access and potentially fall. My list could go on but I'll be here most of my day.

Awful awful awful. They gave us a villa room full of lizards and my children were scared to stay there.There was a strong sewage smell that they couldnt do anything about.I couldnt even rate this hotel 1* It shouldnt be allowed to stay open.The manager wasnt bothered that we were upset with the wuality of our room, and was just waiting to greet the tour bus full of guests.

This place isn't the best but it's ok but who made this place awesome was hassan the receptionist that guy is very helpful and made sure everybody and everything was in order but I feel like giving this place a 1 star because they have let him go from his job don't know why either way hassan was very helpful and respectful.

My stay at Belkon Hotel was extremely disappointing in July 2023. The hotel fell far short of its claimed rating and stars. It could barely meet a two-star standard, and in some aspects, it didn't even reach that level. Upon entering the hotel restaurant, I was shocked to find a meager selection of food. Plates were dirty, and I noticed flies buzzing around, which completely ruined the dining experience. The cleanliness of the room was far from satisfactory. Although the towels were changed almost daily and bed was good the room was not properly cleaned throughout my entire stay. Dust and dirt accumulated on the floor and in the corners, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable a**osphere. The most distressing issue was the foul smell of decay in the bathroom. It was truly repulsive and made using the facilities an unpleasant experience. Moreover, the lack of basic amenities such as shampoo, soap, and toothpaste was unexpected and inconvenient, forcing me to go out in search of these items myself. The shower also had its problems, with a broken soap dispenser and dim lighting that made it difficult to thoroughly assess the cleanliness. I even had to clean the shower myself. Staying in separate single-story cottages was also surprising. The door was difficult to handle, adding to the inconvenience of entering and exiting the room. The shuttle service to the beach was disappointing as well. The bus was stuffy and unkempt and leaving a bad impression. I should also mention that the waiters were quick to clear the tables and cover them with clean tablecloths, but this small effort was far from enough to compensate for all the other issues I faced at Belkon Hotel. Furthermore, the hotel courtyard was a disappoin**ent. I expected a well-maintained and pleasant place for relaxation and walks, but instead, it was just a pass-through yard with minimal greenery and some old furniture pieces that gave a sense of neglect. And the unkempt appearance of the restaurant made me feel like I was in a modest cafeteria rather than a hotel restaurant claiming to offer a high level of service. Overall, my stay at Belkon Hotel was far from comfortable and enjoyable. The smell of decay, lack of amenities, shower and lighting problems, inconvenient cottages, poor shuttle service left me feeling like I had stepped into a subpar hotel, rather than a modern tourist establishment.
