Avis : Iris Hotel

For hotel budget, it was good experience, receptionists friendly. Yet the hotel look old, the room was very clean. Just the amenities, you need to ask hotel (iron)

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The front desk receptionists are friendly and easy to communicate with. There is 7-11 next to it. Easy to find Chinese food and Muslim food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We recommend this hotel.

Heater not working properly. Street noise through whole night.. Walking distance to nearby meeting place.. Convenience stores are just next door..

Aircon indoor unit need to be cleaned. Towels are worn out. Need replacement

It's a small room for a standard type. The toilet was clean with all the basic amenities except for the shower. It's a bit crammed, hardly enough to swing to get showered. Poorly designed. By the way, there are many food outlets nearby and I enjoyed eating there.

The room was really small. Toilet doormat was dirty. Staff ok. Plus point was behind it is Mama restaurant, beside it is malay restaurant with so many types of dishes.

For the price you pay, don't expect too high on this hotel it's a 2 star. The room is not big, and the shower and toilet are not separated. However, the location is good, near the Stadium MRT and near Kajang town. There is a mama store right behind the hotel.

Worst hotel, came with my family. The room looks big in the picture but super small in actual. The two queen bed just fill up entire room space. We need to pray on the bed. Checkout after 1 hour checkin. I had to find other hotel for my family. Totally waste my money

Good, reasonable price, located in the center

Checked in around 6pm and found public parking easily just outside the hotel. However, the receptionist was quite unfriendly and rude, with no smile at all during check in. Check out was rather swift by another staff. The mattress and blanket had visible stains, which made me uncomfortable despite them being washed, as they did not have any odor. I felt unsafe due to the lack of additional security measures on the room door, such as a door chain lock, which made me worry about unauthorized access during my sleep. The room's soundproofing was poor; I could hear people walking in the corridor, kids running around and even people sneezing in nearby rooms.. Even with the windows and bathroom door closed, I could still smell cigarette smoke entering the room. The hotel's only saving grace is its location. There are plenty of nearby amenities, including a busy mamak stall, Majlis Perbandaran Kajang, police station, the courthouse, eateries like Secret Recipe and Ayam Gepuk, and several tuition centers. This convenience is the only highlight of the stay.

Proses check in check out cepat, tdk ribet. Staff/resepsionis ramah dan sangat membantu Kamar agak sempit, tapi karna hanya utk tidur saja cukuplaah 😁
