L'emplacement est super, dans les ramparts de la ville avec plein de petits restaurants locaux alentours. Le service est impeccable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié ma soirée piscine sauna-hamam avec les installations pour moi toute seule. Très propre, bonne température de l'eau. Le top. Personnel à la réception très accueillant et efficace.

Amazing hotel with great service. Clean rooms. Warm welcome from all staffs. The only kindly suggestion is try to extend the restaurant and give more space. When I enter the reception entrance I can feel how big and gorgeous entrance there is. However the size of the restaurant make me disappointed a lot.

Classic Hilton in the old town, I love 5-star hotels from this era, very classy. Esp loved the garden on the 5th floor. Friendly staff, spacious bathrooms, great eats nearby, I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to Xian.

When we check in, my wife and me were very pleased with the utmost courtesy and speedy check in we received from the front office manager, Miss Kitty Shang whose professionalism is without doubt. She went the extra length in finding my Hilton Honors membership. We will happy with the cleanliness and housekeeping service throughout our stay. We were more impressed even when she extended the kind assistance during our checkout and giving tips and advice on our next visit. We received a well packed chocolate Terracota warrior which make our day more than happy to stay at this Hilton hotel at 199 Dongxin street, Xian. As we are visiting xi’an again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you Miss Kitty Shang, you make my stay pleasant and happy throughout with your service.

Next to a lit of shops, but a little far from all the attractions. With bike or DiDi no problem though.

Good location ( but Didi taxis are very cheap to get anywhere in the city). Very comfortable beds. Helpful staff. I would gladly stay here again.

It was wonderful experience in Hilton Xian. Super close by central of Xian. There are super kindly staff.

Everyone was kind and very helpful. Check in went smoothly. The staff brought our luggage to your room without any problems. There was a short clothe line in the stand up shower for light laundry. We enjoyed the afternoon teas at the lobby. Breakfast had the lobby was amazing. It had a wide range of items on the menu, ranging from noodle soups to some western menu. There are two restaurants and one closes on Sunday. It is within 30mins walk to the bell town and not too far from the Xi’an City wall. If you drive there is garage underneath the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, tiny to large seatings, with either indoor or outdoor tables. We ended up with take out from a smaller restaurants on both nights we were there.

Our stay included breakfast that was incredible - and the hotel staff really made our stay very comfortable. We slept so well.

The location is great. The room is clean, and the service is exceptional! Loved the stay! Will be back again!

The room is very elegant, luxurious, clean, fully facilitate, housekeeper is very polite and friendly, the price is just worth it

This was the most expensive place I stayed at during my trip, so I was expecting something a bit special. However I regret that there were many little things that disappointed me about the room and the service. Overall my stay was OK but there are equally or more comfortable places to stay in Xi'an for less money.

Amazing location, amazing service. Got a free souvenir gift when we checked out! 10/10 would recommend!
