攜程代訂，花比所有俄羅斯人都貴的錢，住最差的房間。之前看俄語評論好像IHG待遇還給衹是不能積分，但是白金過去一無所有，雖然會説英語，但是不會説俄語你就不是客人。另外從這個地方湖景除非前台大發慈悲給超高層，也是看不到柯尼斯堡大教堂的。

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The accommodation exceeded my expectations—I was highly pleased and satisfied. The room was not only clean and spacious but also boasted a lovely view of the river. The rare opportunity to open the windows was a standout feature; being able to sleep with an open window was a huge plus, especially since it wasn’t noisy outside. As someone who can only sleep well with open windows, this aspect made my stay exceptionally comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Clean and comfortable room with a choice of pillows. Tasty buffet breakfast. Convenient location with spacious parking next to the main attractions. Everything was really great.

Everything was wonderful . Hotel is very nice, comfortable, cosy and with good location. The breakfasts are very tasty and fresh. The restaurant in the hotel is really good. We are impressed. Wish good luck and flourishing .

Great hotel, I liked everything. Conveniently located, you can walk in all directions. Clean, no complaints. Curtains, my respect, full blackout )) Polite and friendly staff. For this money 10 out of 10.

Stop in Kaliningrad. I arrived late in the evening and went to bed right away. The room was very comfortable, clean, well equipped with tea making facilities, tea bags and also coffee, sparkling water, TV, ironing kit. Upon check in I asked to change my reservation from two beds to a king size bed as the price was the same. I was satisfied with my request. The staff was very kind in solving this problem. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of products, drinks, coffee, cappuccino, tea and so on.
