Tremonti Hotel Karpacz

General issue is that the restaurant is to small when the hotel is fully booked, same applies for the car parking. Overall the hotel is ok but for what is offered overpriced. Breakfast average, nothing special…

We spent here one week and we were very satisfied. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We used indoor and outdoor pools and spa. Hotel itself consists from several buildings connects via corridors.

I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

The hotel is a newer resort right in the middle of karpacz. Beautiful property with outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a sauna and indoor pool. Rooms are beautiful and large with balconies. The only surprise came when we arrived in the middle of a heatwave to find the hotel does not have air conditioning. The room was extremely hot. Breakfast was absolutely top notch, lots of choice and delicious and lots of seating. Only draw back was the lots of tables were dirty as the ladies cleaning the restaurant had a hard time keeping up. Another bonus was parking was 20 zlotych for the night. Very reasonable for the area. Would defiantly return to the property just not sure if in the middle of a heat waive.

Well-designed apar**ents, sufficent sauna area, indoor and outdoor heated pool- perfect, very tastyfood in restaurant, friendly restaurant staff, close to town center (5min) The only poor impression is the reception, check in 4pm is also a joke, no possibility of early check-in despite the 50% occupancy of the facility, even for an additional fee that I proposed.

Staff incredibile e di alto livello. Colazione eccezionale e location perfetta per una vacanza rilassante e di movimento fisico. Hotel inserito in un contesto ambientale di alto livello. La pizza mangiata presso il ristorante Gusto è sicuramente del livello adeguato per un italiano. Ottima. Unica pecca, per cui ho manifestato il mio disappunto alla reception, è la mancanza di una cassaforte nella stanza...in un hotel con i costi di un così alto livello non possono mancare i servizi base che spesso si trovano anche nelle categorie a 2 o 3 stelle. Quando si viaggia, bene o male, si hanno documenti personali, contanti, eventuali carte di credito (affrontando percorsi più o meno difficili nel bosco molte cose si lasciano in albergo) e devices.

En general el hotel está muy bien. Habitaciones grandes y limpias, spa y piscinas bastante buenas, desayuno impresionante... Un par de pegas nada más: el checking a las 16h me parece una barbaridad, teniendo que dejar el hotel a las 11h. Pagas mucho por alojarte menos de 24 horas si vas un día. Por otro lado, tuvimos un problema con la ventana de la habitación, no cerraba y estaba a pie de calle. Nos costó más de 2 horas que nos cambiaran porque no nos creían. Tuvo que venir el técnico a verificarlo. Una pena, porque si no, habría sido de 10.
