A day after our visit/stay at the resort, we wrote the following email complaint to which we never received any kind of reply. Dear Sirs, yesterday we spent our day at your resort. We were astounded, that so many attractions of the resort had been out of order. Even more the infusion sauna. When we arrived at 10.30 H there was an announcement, that infusions shall take place at 16.00, 18.00 and 20.00 hours. To our surprise and by pure coincidence we saw an infusion start at 14.00 hours, which my husband was able to attend by pure coincidence. The announcement outside the respective sauna was changed in the meantime (some time after noon). The infusion could not be completed as the oven was not fully functioning. The automatic infusion at the panorama sauna was also out of order. An alternative infusion was not offered. The restaurant was a genuine disappoin**ent. Not only took it more than 30 minutes for the waiter (only 6 table were occupied at that time) to take our order, but another 20 minutes for two cola zero to arrive. The lunch itself was good. But diner was burger patty itself was dry as Mc Donald's and espresso was served in an unheated cup. An additional cola zero, which we had not consumed, was found on our bill. To cut a long story short. We would not recommend your resort to anyone. The brand Fletcher as well your Homepage promise a professional and immaculate service and appearance. Our experience is more of the opposite. 5 attractions out of order, service not adequate, billing incorrect. Upon check out we already complained about all this, but we were told to complain in writing. We paid € 140 for a day for a couple but it was not worth the money and didn't live up to any of our expectations. Back home we attend a sauna resort like this twice a week. But we have never experienced such a bad performance. We would like ask you to investigate into these matters and inform us if the result.
