Dustbin was not cleared during housekeeping when the previous person check-out. The level of hygiene control is deteriorating.

Nice and clean environment. Easy access to the food and convenience stores.

I am an usual traveller to stay in this hotel, but my recent stay is not so good as I found the air cond is very dusty inside, towel with blood stain then the table with coffee residue.

This was a pretty last minute booking i made via Trip.com for a Twin room and i got lucky to have a last room available. This was my first time staying at the Hotel Golden View Nilai and it was value for money i must say, Pros & Cons as listed below: Pros: - Room Size - Room Facilities - Check in & out service - Location Cons: - Limited Parking - Central Ironing board room - No Beakfast facilities

My flight was delayed promting me to book this hotel, the 24 hours reception is beneficial because I checked in at 4 am, the check in was smooth n was guided to the room fast so I can rest the night..... Will book again in future, the location is close to klia and eaon mall

A very good hotel for a family trip, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the location is strategic as it’s in the city center with easy parking. The service is also great, and the staff at the counter are very friendly. The hotel is close to restaurants, laundry services, clinics, and more. I highly recommend you choose this hotel.

Good hotel. Location is great nearby aeon and lotus shopping mall. Surrounding is full of clinic, fast food and malay restaurant. Staff named Eva was very pretty , friendly and helpful. The room is new, spacious and window is openable for fresh air. Will visit again for the upcoming business trip ya.

Good location and easy to go for food and airport. There are a lot of ants around in the room.

Walking distance to Aeon mall. Good for short stay to catchup next flight. 30min travel to klia2

The room has a strong unpleasant odour. Toilet was small and will gets wet everywhere when one took bath. Late night hammerings & knocking noise at the ceiling can be heard for few hours. It’s quite disturbing for us! Will not stay there again.
