It's good hotel in general. The hotel is clean, as well the food moreover, it is located in good area, nearby many shops are avalabel. The services are good.

No free water for guests. They charge more than mrp for packaged drinking water. 30 for a 20 rs bottle. Uncomfortable beds had back ache. No ac just ac vents. No phone just phone port. Poor lighting. The images i uploaded were from the property details but they don’t give the same.

Pathetic condition, no ac, no room service phone, cockroaches lying on floor ( 10-15 cockroaches) can believe lilawati grand hotel has gone bad to worse. #employee (attender) of hotel was very polite and received us amicably.

Room was Pathetic, Cockroaches lying on the floor, Bedsheet DIRTY as hell, room was Smelling horrible , No hot water, Aircondition doesn't work, No Room service Phone, No towel for bathroom, lamp near bed was broken.
Oh God so ***y things #*** who received me was very polite.
Thanks to that DUDE.
