Good location. Good property. You can see the sunrise from the hotel itself from rooftop. Very poor maintenance. No cleanliness. Very poor service. Stinking washrooms. Poorly fit accessories. Dis oriented staff.

The worst hotel Where did they get the rating from The staff were extremely in helpful, The entrance is ok but that is all The rooms stink, the bathrooms stink and no ventilations in the bathroom Doesn’t look like they clean the rooms We didn’t have a choice so had to put up there as the only 5 star was fully booked(this was a last minute plan) The bedsheets were filthy, could clearly see blood stains on mine. Windows didn’t close. Just awful!

Extremely poor . I am saying once again its not International hotel .Its hotel of opp Railway station standard . So kindly don't book this Hotel. The Beds and Furniture standards like very poor .We can find this furniture ***** road side

The devil, they say, lies in the details. Sometimes you understand how good or bad a place is, based on tiny details. So, upon entering, I saw that the numbers of the room had been broken, and nobody had bothered to replace it. That is an indication of how poor the service can be. When one is not bothered to even repair something this basic. The airconditioner is shown in the photo. Barely works. There is no fan either. So, we had to spend a night with bare minimum cooling, in a room which was smelling bad, since the cushion covers and bedsheets were dirty, despite the ***agement claiming that they have been changed. I dare not put a step in the restaurant, but we ordered a basic toasted bread with butter and jam. Guess what? The bread was barely toasted. The butter was given separately and it was hard. After that, we asked the room service to clear the dishes. Nobody came for an hour. So I kept the dishes outside my room. In the morning, it was still there. This is the level of service. The toileteries were used, and substandard quality. Nobody had bothered to replace the used body wash bottle (photo attached). The mini-fridge in the room is absolutely dirty. On top of it all, they charged us Rs 5500/ night through direct booking. The price was almost half on MakeMyTrip. This is cheating the customers. Overall, absolutely zero value for money, poor service, poorly maintained hotel. It is better to stay in a small lodge than this place.

What I want to tell is this Hotel Singaar International is gives us Excellent service with all hot drinks & the breakfast that potatoes & the other are very good preparation. & The sanitation if dishes are very excellent. The hot drinks like Tea also very good. Atobrhan( Eritrea) from south India Textile Research Association..

8th October i booked 11 rooms in this hotel .butservice is very bad . reception are not received phone .room are nou clean bathroom and toilet also not clean ,no water glass,water bottle and electric cattle in rooms ,no hot water for bath. house keeping is very bad. Hotel ***agement are very bad and cheater.they take lot of rent per room but give third class service.i say every one please don't waste your money in his hotel.Not book room hear

This hotel has a large campus area and the building too is tall to impress as an attractive property, however the maintenance issues run high. The rooms are very ordinary and average while the bathrooms are as good as non-maintained. This hotel can definitely be an excellent property if the cleanliness and maintenance issues are addressed effectively, else is avoidable. The location is excellent and staff courteous. The food quality requires huge improvement. The view from the sea facing room is enchanting in early mornings.

I have stayed at during my travels. I reached Hotel Singar International on 1st July by 5 pm from Rameswaram after a 6-7 hours journey ***** with my parents. None of us had Lunch as we wanted to go to the hotel and relax. But, unfortunately we landed at the worst hotel. From 5 pm to 7 pm me and my parents went floor to floor in the hotel in search of a room without a bathtub. My parents are elderly and we wanted a room without a bathtub as it's very slippery and dangerous for them to take a bath in the bathtub. The hotel staff were unaware which room had a bathtub and which did not. They took us to each floor 4th to 6th in search of a room without a tub. Then they said the lower category room doesn't have a bathtub but showed us a room without proper AC.  We were getting late to the Kanyakumari temple so rushed as it would close at 8 pm. I had to rush my elderly parents because of the hotel staff not knowing the room. We were back at the hotel by 10.30 pm. When asked for an extra bed , we were given only a mattress to sleep on the ground with no cot. We never sleep on the ground. So the hotel staff again searched everywhere till 1 am in search of an extra bed and then gave another room just to sleep and told us it's free of charge.  When we checked the bedsheets it had blood stains. Then again 1 to 2 hours were wasted to provide us with clean bedsheets . In the end the blankets were so sorry that we threw them on the ground and slept without blankets. My father had to sleep separately because of this confusion. Next day no hot water was coming into the bathroom. The hot water tap wasn't working. My parents took a bath in cold water. We again raised a complaint and left for sightseeing and returned back to the hotel at night 10 pm. The hotel staff shifted to a new room again by 12.30 am midnight. The next day - checkout out day, we came for checkout again confusion started. The reception person was telling us that they had billed for 2 rooms both nights even though they provided it to us due to a problem at their end. Again our time was wasted from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm as their reservation depar**ent person Santhi wasn't available till 2 pm. We had to leave for a different place. Our taxi was waiting all this while. As our confusion wasn't cleared, we came back again at 4 pm to talk to the reservation person and she mentioned that only 1 room occupancy has been sent to Goibibo, the whole day was wasted for checking this. Why was the reception informed well by Santi reservation staff. Food issue: 1 week before coming here I had spoken with a restaurant owner to prepare good vegetarian food as we don't even eat eggs. The food was not good at all. Complaint: Every day either for room change or AC issue or billing issue or blanket issue our time was wasted for 2-3 hours at midnight with my elderly parents getting tired. After all this the Hotel gave only Rs 1000 in return. For this return I had to chase almost 10 -15 days.

The hotel and its facilities are good. The receptionist - Jennifer is truly sincere and honest. She helped us to evade a scam! We checked in early morning and the receptionist - Syed Imran just gave us the keys and directed us to a room with a dysfunctional AC. After complaining repeatedly for 3 times, they changed the room but the behaviour of the receptionist Syed was very rude. The next morning we were disturbed by 8 am and asked to checkout or pay 1000/- Since it was early morning and it was an abrupt call to checkout we paid 1000/- The receptionist Syed asked us not to tell anyone about this transaction. We obliged. After 3 hours when the next receptionist - Jeniffer took charge we narrated the entire ordeal. She apologised and returned us 1000/- We were elated with the honesty and sincerity of Jennifer. I would request the ***agers to promote people like Jennifer and penalise people like Syed. Thanks
