Mémorable
SSxoronService was great! Everyone was super polite and there was always someone who was fluent in multiple languages. Very clean. I loved the coed outdoor pool on the upper level as well as the same-sex hot tub and sauna rooms. Best part was the food! I have attached photos of the food I got there (all included for free with executive floor rooms).
Breakfast was amazing! I booked the executive floor room (so basically any room on floors 18-20). Executive rooms comes with breakfast by default even if you don't book one that explicitly includes the breakfast. There's actually 2 options for breakfast. There's the Nikko Room Executive breakfast on the top floor where there's a made to order menu (2 choices/day) as well as a buffet of Hors d'oeuvre style foods. The first day we ordered bruleed banana with pancake and egg and then this crepe thing. I preferred the breakfast on the second floor at the Serena All day Restaurant. Serena Restaurant had Haagen Daz ice cream and a greater variety of foods including choose your fruit juice bar, noodle station, lots of buffet style western and asian food, ham by the slice, they also had a cart they pushed around with Hong Kong style dim sum and also another cart for bread.
Booking the executive floor rooms also gave you afternoon tea (3-5pm) which was Hors d'oeuvres and they had a fridge of drinks including, juice, soda, and beer. One day they had a whole rack of fresh honeycomb that you could slice off and eat.
Executive room also gives you Cocktail hour which you can choose from 2 drinks on the menu that they make for you or there's alcohol on the table you can pour yourself. It's unlimited drinks. There's also Hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour.
Location is decent. It's quiet but not very close to major attractions. It's close to Costco so we went several times. Trains are about a 10 minute walk away so not that close. Not many nearby attractions but that's more of the layout of KaohSiung, we walked to the train and went to the art pier as well as cijin old street, and the Love's Lookout.

HHaoyuLe seul défaut, le vélo est difficile d'attendre. Vous devez prendre A au 26e étage, puis B dans la chambre ou dans la piscine publique, et vous devez accueillir quatre vélos le jour même, en raison d'autres facteurs, deux vélos sont fermés. Il n'est pas bon d'attendre, et le 1er étage est très nombreux.
Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très délicieux. Malheureusement, les fruits de mer sont morts dès que les autres repas sont ingestés. Je ne sais pas si les repas peuvent être mangés. La vitesse de la préparation n'est pas très rapide. Je vois souvent des endroits où il n'y a pas encore de place pour le repas (je suis la deuxième fois 8-9 point), le temps de repas est court, le temps de demande est venu pour la première fois, veuillez noter le temps, c'est plus dommage que le repas ne puisse pas être lentment repasé.
Les installations de la chambre sont excellentes, surtout dans la chambre, vous pouvez coucher le paysage du haut étage de l'extérieur, la télévision peut également tourner vers le lit, le lit est Ted, très bon sommeil, c'est le meilleur lit que j'ai jamais réservé.

YYipKennyBel hôtel ! Installé dans un endroit très pratique. À 5 minutes du marché nocturne de Duanfeng. Il y a FamilyMart à côté de l'hôtel et le café en face est également bon. Il faut 10 à 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la Kaohsiung Arena et le grand magasin Hanshin. L'hôtel est soigné et propre. Si vous êtes une famille de quatre personnes, vous pouvez disposer de deux lits queen. Petit déjeuner inclus. Un bon choix en effet. Le parc à côté est également un bon endroit pour la promenade et les loisirs. Vous pouvez vous rendre à la station de métro Arena à quelques pas.

IInvitéMRT前金出口からすぐでした。部屋はフローリング、窓が大きくて一部が開き網戸もありました。ペットボトルの水と炭酸水が2本ずつあり、シャンプーとボディソープ、ハンドソープがありました。シャワーブースは広くて熱いお湯が勢いよくでます。
最上階がラウンジになっていて、ウォーターサーバーやコーヒー、お茶、お菓子、フルーツなど置いてありました。朝は朝食会場になります。
1フロアに4部屋、エレベーター2基あるので待つことはなく、とても静かに過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Le personnel est tout à fait bien, je ne peux pas dire qu'ils sont trop bons.
Ils ont une règle pédantique non sensée que vous devez collecter vos plats et les mettre dans un endroit en arrière.
En tant qu'invité, quand je vais à un hôtel, je veux me détendre, j'ai assez de garder des trucs à la maison, le moins que je veux à un hôtel, c'est faire la même chose.
Le petit déjeuner lui-même est OK mais le thé lait est extrêmement doux et aucune option de thé lait sans sucre, si vous ne voulez pas obtenir le diabète de type B vous ne pourrez pas profiter du petit déjeuner. Le reste est principalement de sucre de charbon ou de graisses frites sauf un petit buffet de salade et des œufs craqués.
Le checkin devrait être convenablement effectué avec un kiosk en bas, mais quand j'ai été venu, il était aussi brisé.
Le lieu se sent confortable et privé.
L'eau n'a qu'une eau chaude, il n'a donc pas de mixer, vous pouvez doucher pour le premier minute, puis l'eau est très chaude et il n'y a pas de moyen de le mélanger avec de l'eau froide ou de faire froid à la température. C'est drôle de voyager partout dans le monde que j'ai trouvé certains pays où il est difficile d'obtenir de l'eau chaude mais pour la première fois dans ma vie, je trouve un hôtel où il est difficile d'obtenir de l'eau froide.
La location est juste ok, il est un peu loin de MRT mais la plupart du personnel sont à proximité.

IInvitéWe stayed for 2 nights in a Super Deluxe Room. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed, and has a good-sized bathroom. Plenty of work space. It is well located next to the main train station with easy links to the HSR and city centre. The area is undergoing some much needed improvements so will have a nicer outlook when it is all done.
Breakfast was OK, a bit minimal for a Western palate but good enough. I would have liked to have more choice of eggs (boiled, cold only), a wider choice of fruit, and maybe a croissant or other pastry. The coffee was good though.
The hotel falls short on some small details, cutting corners to save money. For example, they provide a kettle but then give a paltry choice of two different teabags and one coffee sachet (and no spoon), which is not good if you are 2 people in the room.
There is hardly any hanging space for clothes, no drawers/shelving. The hand towels are very small, and the hair dryer was a very cheap and ineffective model. There was no hand soap in the bathroom - only body wash and hair shampoo/rinse in the shower unit - not easily reachable to where you washed hands. There were no hooks in the bathroom.
One more annoying issue is that you have to log in to the wifi connection every time you come back to the room - it does not reconnect automatically and both the name and password are complex ones.
Overall, a reasonable stay for 2 nights but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

IInvitéIt was a nice stay if you only want a place to stay for a while. I liked it that hot water is always available anytime. There is always people cleaning outside the rooms. Since I didnt need my room be cleaned everyday, I always just give my trash to the cleaning lady every morning. Will recommend this hotel to friends!
