A functional hotel in a very convenient location, near Pier No. 2, the Art District, where it is convenient to walk, and fairs are held on holidays. Nearby is a high-speed tram stop, which passes through all the piers and all the necessary places in the city, and several bus stops are nearby. My room was quite spacious, and the cleaning was impeccable. The room is nice and modern, but you have to keep in mind that there are only a few hangers (no closet), and the lighting in the room is a little dark (although there is a desk lamp on the desk for working). Overall, I'm very pleased.

Nice hotel with a free coffee/snacks bar at lv2. The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. It’s walking distance to Liu he night market and also near city council mrt station. There is a nice breakfast nearby the hotel as well. Will come and stay again in the future.

Le personnel était sympathique et c'était à l'origine une chambre double basique, mais je pense qu'ils ont été surclassés et m'ont donné une chambre quadruple. Elle était confortable car elle avait 2 lits queen, et quand j'ai vérifié et regardé les autres chambres, cette chambre était. plus gros.
La salle de bain et l'espace douche sont spacieux et propres, et la pression de l'eau est très forte.
Il y a peu de lumière dans la pièce, donc il fait un peu sombre et le matelas est trop fin et dur. Quand je m'assois, je sens à peine le coussin, donc c'est différent de ce que je vois. couloir, mais je ne l'entends pas bien dans la pièce.
Pourtant, le prix était très bon marché, les installations étaient propres et, heureusement, il n’y avait aucune odeur d’égout que j’ai vue dans les critiques.
C'est un peu dommage qu'il soit assez loin du métro, mais je le recommande car c'est un logement propre à un prix abordable.

the hotel is fairly close the metro station, prob a 10 min walk from metro but it’s pretty close to liuhe night market like 5 minutes away. no shortage of food option near the hotel. the rooms are big but basic and generally clean. hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

La chambre est grande, le petit déjeuner n'est pas mauvais, le mètre le plus proche est moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'hôtel et assez facile à trouver. Le personnel est utile et amiable. Derrière l'hôtel a un énorme supermart mais nous n'avons pas le temps de explorer. Globalement un très bon séjour. Je vais envisager de rester ici encore !

L'hôtel est vraiment hors de mes attentes. Le personnel est très gentil et utile. La chambre est propre, surtout la salle de bains, le sol peut rester sèche même après la baignoire.
Il y a un concierge gratuit sur le sol. Ils servent du thé, du café, du snack et même de la crème glacée! Lorsque vous vous sentez fatigué après un jour de visite, ce concierge vous permet de vous détendre.

We stayed 3 days and were very satisfied with the service! Staff were very courteous as we came in and out of the facilities and when we arrived at our room they had left a little welcome snack pack as I’d mentioned that this trip is a bit of a celebration. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for our travels. The hotel itself is a little old but it’s maintained pretty well, I never felt unsafe or that the hotel itself was unclean, it’s just noticeably an older building. If I’m ever back in Kaohsiung I’d definitely book this hotel again

EExpatThis was the perfect spot for me personally because I was able to explore a few local areas. I took the HSR from Taipei and stayed only one night. I met a few locals within walking distance and the Central Park is a nice feature across the street. Although the Pier 2 Creative Park is still in the process of developing itself, I felt it was well worth it to go there for food, drinks, photos, and exploring there. The hotel room itself was amazing. As soon as I walked in I took a bunch of photos and posted on Facebook because I felt it was cooler than my apar**ent. I did not order the breakfast but I did have coffee from the café. There’s a few cute diners and photo shops down the street. There’s a dog café and a cat café not far from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. I had a teatime at intercontinental (which was a droll vibe), and I’m glad I chose not to stay there. I feel that Indigo gives a great value for the money and the design specialists were really detailed-oriented with some of the things they included in the rooms. Facilities were great. View was nice. Go see for yourself.

The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either.
They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing.
As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same.
Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it.
Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too.
The place feels comfortable and private.
Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water.
Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

Chaque étage dispose d'un distributeur d'eau qui est très utile si nous avons besoin d'eau chaude. Il y a une salle de bains au troisième étage avec lave-vaisselle gratuite à utiliser. L'hôtel est situé entre la gare Kaohsiung et la gare de Formosa Boulevard. Nous sommes en général très satisfaits du séjour.

TThe Novice TravellerThe location of the hotel is very close to the Kaohsiung Main Station, which was very convenient for us.
The hotel room was very clean, in which the beds and facilities inside were maintained at a high level of hygiene.
The service of the hotel staff was magnificent. There was a slight leakage problem under the toilet sink, and after we informed them of the issue in the morning, they already fixed it when we came back to the hotel in late afternoon. They were really efficient and also very friendly in responding to our queries.
In terms of facilities, we felt that there can be a few improvements. First of all, there were no microwaves inside the hotel. We suggest adding some in order for guests to reheat food that they might want to eat at the hotel. Also, it would be great if there is a common area for guests to sit down and chat or eat together. In addition, the TV remote control in our room had a really slow response time, in which each button took like 5 seconds to work.
What surprised us was how spacious the room was. For its price, the size of the room felt like a bargain. The intelligent voice butler (small AI-esque machine) in the room was also a fun device to use and play with.
Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to travellers in Kaohsiung.

IInvitéThis hotel was excellent for a solo traveller. I can foresee some inconvenience if it was a couple or 2 friends staying here as there the bathroom is pretty much an open concept. i.e. would need to get changed inside the shower booth before coming out etc, and no proper door except a semi-opaque glass door.
Having said, I was by myself for my stay so it was perfect room for me. Bed is comfy, place was clean.
They have this machine check-in system which works fine, but I was a bit taken aback initially as I had to scan qr code, get internet and do things myself while just having reached the place with luggage etc. Not a biggie but would have been nice if the staff could check me in or offered a bit more help since there wasn't any other guests there either.
I didn't use any other facilities but during the day the lobby operates as a cafe, and there is a laundry room in B1. Location is convenient and near Kaohsiung train station, the station is currently going through a big construction so if I had known, I probably would have chosen to stay somewhere near Formosa Boulevard instead given it has 2 MRT lines. But hotel-wise, it is near the station and have convenience stores/fast food options in walking distance.

清清涼上市！MRT駅にも近く、ユーバイクに乗ったり、有名朝食店も徒歩圏内で、観光に便利な場所でした。
連泊した場合は掃除をしないようで、バスタオルを交換してほしいとフロントにお願いしないとダメなようです。お茶や水の補充もありませんでしたが、最上階にウォーターサーバーがあるので、そちらを利用しました。
シャワールームのお湯は、しばらく流さないと温度が高くなりませんでした。

La dernière fois que je suis venu choisir un petit-déjeuner, mais le petit-déjeuner est très commun. La présente fois, je choisis un programme sans prématuré, et le lendemain je suis également très pratique. La chambre est organisée au troisième étage, devant une grande balconne, vous pouvez avoir un paysage confortable.
