Prezident Luxury Spa & Wellness Hotel

We stayed at Prezident hotel for two weeks with our friends on September. This is not a 4 stars but a solid 5 starts luxury hotel and spa. Very nice contemporary furnished room, The food was not just delicious. The variety of the home made quality food was above our expectations. You can clearly see that Dr Milada (the owner) treat all her guests as her friends making sure we all enjoying out stay at the hotel. The front desk stuff immediately responded on phone calls. We enjoyed the spa treatments provided by skilled professionals. Highly recommend this hotel in Karlovi Vari

Staying at Hotel Prezident for the first time in beautiful Karlovy Vary was the best decision made by our group of 6 women. We loved clean modern rooms, delicious ample buffet choices at the restaurant, friendly professional staff and a full array of treatments at the spa. We all agreed that after 10 days of various massages, baths, wraps, lymphodrainage and pool exercises we feel better, stronger and rejuvenated. The pools (including a floating one with Dead Sea water) and saunas are amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed a cozy bar area adjacent to the restaurant and open terrace with spectacular city views. Prezident is centrally located, close to mineral springs, shops, restaurants. You have to walk a bit uphill to the entrance - consider this just a part of your fitness regimen. The hotel is very well run by Dr. Milada Sarova with the help of her son Jaroslav - we always felt welcome and all our requests were met. We were very lucky to meet them - they are extraordinary people! Special thanks to Olga, Hana, Marina, Yana, Eva, Milena, Gennady and Dr. Irena Cipova - their professional expertise was invaluable. We can’t wait to return!

It was my frist visit to this charming city. Heard so much about it from many friends whom been there Being there is kuch different than just hearing about it This nested hotel not far from the centre and strategically located was the perfect place for me to unwind It was a long stay lasting 14 days. So literally had the time to experience almost all facilities and services It is relatively small hotel however GRAND in its services, generosity، and friendliness After a while it didnt only feel like home, it was home Without exception all of team from different departments were there to serve The reception l, housekeeping، Spa, and the Food and beverage The food was consistently prepared to ghe highest quality and standards Safe to say it is rare to maintain it 3 meals a day every day Just amazing Will go back for sure

We stayed here for a week because of health issues of my daughter. The treatment she received was truly outstanding, focused fully on providing her with excellent and healthy food, taking care of allergy considerations, and the general health improving treatment options available. Staff is compassionate and warm, the room very clean with daily cleaning and a change of sheets after 3-4 days. Bath and shower available, as well as a water boiler and tea/soluble coffee in the room. I brought my trousers 9 pm in the evening and they were returned to me cleaned and ironed at 10 the next morning. If you don't have allergy concerns, there's a fantastic buffet to choose from at all meals. For us, we were given a menu to choose from on a daily basis, and food was especially prepared for us. We chose the 'full pension' option, which was great as the money paid is an extremely fair deal over eating out every day. In our room, there was a balcony to the street, which is nice if you want to sit outside and have some view of 'what's going on' on the street. Amazing staff , managed by no.1 Medical doctor - Milada Sarova , provide an holistic experience , including gourmet mills , professional treatments , saunalend , and much more. Nice restart for busy life.

After visiting the spa town of Karlovy Vary in Czech Republic for couple days few years back, we knew that we have to come back for a longer stay. After some research we settled on a Hotel Prezident. And it was a bullseye! The eight day "weight reduction" program was a revelation. With 3 spa treatments a day, very nice, modern accommodations and a 5 star meals (endless, highest quality buffet) 3 times a day, we were in heaven. Except, we selected the "weight loss" program, which ment special meals for us. We were just *******ly eyeing the buffet. Not that our special, low calorie meals were not good. Quite the opposite, but still, the buffet!!!... The way this program works is you get an initial consultation with a doctor, who then prescribes all your spa treatments. 3 times a day before meals, you walk into the town full of mineral springs (literally yards away) to have a cup of mineral water before your meal. Then you surrender yourself to the spa attendants. I don't know which treatment I liked more, they were each a very special experience. From massages, the "Scotch Douche" to pearl baths, mud wraps, hot paraffin wax treatments, oxygen therapy, Co2 baths, beer baths and so on! Plus pool exercises in a spectacular pool, several different saunas, fitness room, outdoor terrace and garden, you name it. And the price was a knockout! We are definitively going back! But we'll take the advice of the owner, Dr Sárová: "Next time just skip the diet. Enjoy the food!"

The stay at Hotel Prezident was amazing. Close to the shopping area, restaurants, a church, other spa's and more. So everything is easily accessible. The morning, mid-day and evening walks for the hot-springs water, were (I think) a great part of the treatment. My mom and I have a special diet: gluten and lactose free. In the restaurant of the hotel, they made sure that we had enough to eat, even though they had to put more effort in making special meals. It was delicious, so great cooks! Besides that the staff were really nice and supporting of me trying to speak German (mostly failing, but that's okay), they helped me to continue my journey to become healthy again. Especially the docters were really helpful in that way.

I spent here a weekend with my mum. There was perfect just everything. Location, room, bathroom with shower and jakuzzi, food, spa and wellnes, nice and helpful staff... I travel quite a lot and this hotel is fabulous !
