A friendly and hospitable welcome by Lexi. Restaurant was still open as we checked in late, great customer service by Anns. Amazing Barramundi & chips and the scotch fillet & sides was perfect. Our room was recently refurbished, clean and comfortable! Pool and surrounding grounds clean and tidy. Thanks for the welcome :)

Room was older motel type with basic facilities Placed looked its age Pool was empty and looked neglected We were with a group so restaurant opened for us otherwise it was closed Drinks at the bar way overpriced Food was poor Breakfast buffet was poor with little choice Would not recommend

Room dated but functional. Awesome tv. On e of the best I have had in a hotel. Aircon very loud but it worked well. Restaurant, if you can call it that, would have been better to go to Maccas. $10 cans of local beer??? I thought that must have been a mistake. Nope. Insane price. Ok, time to order food. All I wanted was a nice steak and salad. Told no steak at all (you would think that there would be steak due to steak being a staple of 99% of restaurants). Ok, lamb shanks. Nope. None of those either. Was told I could have lamb chops. Not on the menu but yep, I like lamb chops. They looked like and had the consistency of rubber. Had buffalo wings also. Frozen not freshly made. I am glad work paid for the food. Absolute disgrace. Food .5/10 (that’s point 5) Room 4/10

Rooms were highly functional with queen plus single configuration. They were clean with a fairly new fridge and refurbished bathroom. Pool was nearby and was large and clean. Parking was out the back of the unit, but close enough to move bags between car and room with ease. Compound seemed to be fairly secure, although locking car and room is recommended. Didn't eat at the restaurant but it appeared very quiet. Maybe because the hotel is located within the CBD and guests can avail themselves of restaurants and cafes in the centre of Karratha. Paid a fair price for the rooms, but got fair value. Rooms on the way back were much nicer than rooms on the way there 'though...

I chose this hotel for the location which is fantastic. Had to admit that it looks like a pretty run down motel from the outside. Only staying one night for a business trip so not too fussed. Check in lady was lovely. I found my room. It was exceptionally neat and tidy and will do the job. Bathroom was spacious and disable friendly. Standard bar fridge, iron, tea and coffee. Decent amenities (there is a shower cap which is my minimum!) The radio/alarm doesn't appear to be working but not fussed. Air con was on full blast when I walked in which is great as today is 36C. A bonus is that the bathroom light and fan go into standby mode automatically and instantly turn on when you walk in. The whole complex is aging but clean so I am happy with it and would stay here again.

Wow the staff were amazing ant the gardens were beautiful not to forget the great breakfast included with the room our room was suffice for myself and my 2 grandaughters with a large tv and tea and coffee making facilities available. The hotel was in a great location right in the hub of Karratha so able to walk to most places. When ever we needed something the staff were so helpful and obliging couldnt do enough. I will definately stay again which will be December and have asked if I can have the same area for the room as I had In October and they have agreed to this request

Lovely clean hotel, beds super comfy & ideal size fridge in rooms. Bathroom modern & spotless. All staff so friendly and nothing was a bother. Got late checkout till 12 & then further extended it to 330pm for a small charge. Only downside was no pool loungers. Though pool & gardens were very well maintained. Will definitely stay here again with kids.

Staff at reception and in restaurant are fabulous. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff need a little coaching. They took our old towels, but forgot to replace them. We were upgraded to a suite on the first floot. It had a refurbished bathroom, was recently painted and had new carpet. Unfortunately, the plumber messed up connecting hoses to the bathroom's hand basin and to get hot water you had to turn the tap to the cold position. We had a 55" flat screen TV in our lounge but there wasn't a TV in the bedroom. They have complimentary, but unsecured, parking.
