Hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. I would specially like to mention names - sharad and loyal. They both were very kind throughout our stay. Stays are highly recommended in this hotel when you visit karwar.

I can call it as one of my worst stays ever. After we checked in, the bathroom WC had toilet papers inside when informed the front office we got a cold response saying it's ok, we are not even sure if it was cleaned before our checking in that too during this COVID time. Next day also the house keeping didn't make the bathroom or even cleared the dustbins from the room. Even to sweep/mop the room we had to tell them. We also informed the front office to do house keeping for the bathroom but it went to deaf ears. We had requested for a room change that also was not honoured as our room just had a window that too was very high and it felt Castro phobic due to it. They have a limited car parking of 5/6 cars post that we have to park on the main road and there was no valet or security to monitor the parked vehicles The front office have a very cold response; at the checkout they didn't have a smile or take feedback of our stay, even small lodges do enquire. Our 2 night stay was a pathetic experience. All in all very disappointed and felt we were overpriced for the room with inadequate service quality

Its a decent hotel however the service is not upto the mark. The deluxe room charges are higher than superior room sharing . Though deluxe room is charged higher they don’t have few amenities like when we asked for hair dryer they said it was not available and the same was available in the less priced rooms. Coming to the food its not that great , they need to improve a lot. They dont provide much of food options in morning breakfast. Had ordered for idli and upma which was really bad . Overall its just good room to stay but dont expect other services.

Overpriced hotel... Room service and rooms are good but very expensive. Do not take food in their hotel. They serve you stale and tasteless food, very unprofessional. Pros: Staff are helpful, and place is clean. Cons: High price, bad food.
