我們訂的是高級海景房，兩面的陽台都能看到海景，在陽台上閑坐看景，很是享受。早餐很豐盛，可以在室內吃，也可以在露台上邊吃邊欣賞海景。服務人員熱情，在一樓辦理入住後可坐電梯到樓上房間。

Pluses-clean. Hotel was very clean. Public areas were very tidy. Our room was exceptionally clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Minuses-beach towels weren’t washed properly, smelled musty and dirty. It would be so easy for them to wash them in evening and hang them to dry all night. I think the hotel is for sale(big sign hanging in front). so things are run down. Beds old. Furnishings old. The staff seemed poorly managed…. without direction. Breakfast served 8-10. This morning at 810 there was no bread, one small coffee maker and people were waiting a very long time for coffee. Why they don’t have a larger capacity machine, i do not understand. Things just felt disorganized. With so many places to choose from in Turkey, this hotel is just “ok”.

Good location No lift inside hotel. Fridge in room but 2 beers opened and refilled with water. Complained but nothing done. Not refilled/checked. Phones in rooms don’t work. Enjoyed beach club, & Ibrahim was good, very polite and friendly

What a wonderful stay we had at Medusa! My mother and I stayed in the Family suite with a nice balcony overlooking the sea - we enjoyed it daily. The hotel is within short walking distance to town's best restaurants, bars and shops. The attentive and kind staff at Medusa worth 50 stars, everyone was so helpful and kind, they organized our transportation from airport with the sweetest driver who took care of us. The beach club has its private access, great menu and of course the nicest staff :) Thank you Hotel Medusa - we will be back!

Lovely location. Unfortunately the hotel was noisy, slamming doors and having a central stairwell makes sleeping difficult. Breakfast was satisfactory but lacked juice, yoghurt etc. Bedding was too small for the beds! Sheets kept puckering up as just rested in the mattress and the quilts were far too small. Views were outstanding.

This hotel is in the middle of everything but far from the noisy crowds. Great şocation with amazing sea view rooms, delicious open buffet breakfast with too many choises, great bar on beach with most comfortable sunbeds and parge parasols. Do not miss.

This was our third stay at the Medusa Hotel and we will continue staying there every time we are in Kas. Medusa is a short walk from downtown Kas (main square and harbor). The hotel is super clean and very comfortable. Rooms are well decorated and most of them have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, ample servings of fresh vegetables and fruits, plenty of hot dishes and everything is delicious. The hotel has a very nice swimming area with plenty of nice comfortable lounge chairs. Swimming area has a nice bar and eating area that serves freshly prepared small plates. The best part of this place is their entire staff who are welcoming, cheerful, resourceful, helpful and hardworking to please every customer. We love Medusa and are looking forward to our next stay.

Our arrival started on a challenging note when we were greeted by a very unhelpful male night manager. He didn’t ask us how our journey was was, didn’t tell us about the restaurant, beach club, internet or breakfast. Things improved greatly when we were greeted by the lady, whose name escapes me. Her attitude was the opposite- so welcoming and eager to help. Our 3rd floor sea-facing room had an extraordinary view. Couldn’t ask for a better one. The pool is small but rarely in use, which meant we had it to ourselves every time we used it. Medusa has its own beach club, which is right across the street and is absolutely lovely. The head bartender makes an amazing Campari spritz! Only really unfortunate point was the size and upkeep of the rooms. They’re tiny - we were constantly tripping over our luggage. We also arrived to find used shampoo bottles in our shower. The room wasn’t actually cleaned when we asked that it was - only new towels and toiletries provided. AC was excellent- very necessary as the temps skyrocketed to 32c during the day. Overall a good stay, made amazing by the beautiful town of Kas itself. We won’t forget that Kas feeling!

This review is for the beach club only - not the hotel. Having stayed here before, it was suggested that we visit the beach club for the day. The location is wonderful with great sunbeds and an amazing view. The club is quiet in the mornings and over lunchtime but after about 2pm the club next door begins playing very loud, heavy beat music. There really is no escape from the constant thumping and thudding which made the afternoon unpleasant so we did not return.
