Sahil sharma.angraz .kooshal.bilal gave us good sevice, food was nice . Rooms were nice and good with a nice mountain view. Room service was nice. The hotel is near station and also markets are nearby. Everything is under walking distance. The stay went quite good

Excellent service ,humble n obedient staff ,special mention to front desk,banquet ***ager for nice food stuff n good house keeping services provided by Jyoti ji 🙂,nice decor within dining area n lobby ,wishing you all the best .Will recommend to my friends n family to stay while visiting Vaishno Devi Shrine

Hotel staff are very good, cooperative and helpful. Mainly those attendant to us are Ashwani Rahul K***n Sahil and others. The driver who dropped us at local market and at climbing point is very cordial. But front approach to hotel needs more improvement.

Stayed for a day with family. An amazing place which has offered best hospitality and took care of us in best standards of the hotel industry. Staff (especially Angraz, Rahul and Kaushal) and multi cuisine food at Citrus cafe is outstanding. We would prefer to stay here every time. Feedback by Sumit Tyagi

Review for stay We stayed there for one night and the stay was excellent and the staff's behaviour was excellent and one of the best hospitality in the town provided by lemon tree katra . The food is good and the rooms have an excellent view towards the mountain facing. The team members Hamid, Nikhil, Javid, Anjana were very proactive and professional and ready to assist you in any queries you have. Will visit soon

Great Hospitality Very Good services Housekeeping staff Mr Javid,SANJAY Reception boy Nikhil Sunil Sarika Amtayaz was very friendly and helpful. Services were very prompt It was an amazing lemon fragrance there. Food also very good in taste. The railway station is very close to the Hotel.
