Avis : Izu Imaihama Tokyu Hotel

Hotel room is very peaceful. The view is amazing. Service is very good!! This time we arrived at winter time plus onsen arrangement is very good! Next time should come over in summer time, I saw they have swimming pool so that we can go to the beach and swimming pool 🩱🩲🩱🩲🩱🩲

The room was very big with 2 floors, quite neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is about 15 to 20 mins walk from Kawazu train station, no worries as they provide free shuttle service to and fro hotel and Kawazu station, however do take note of timetable. Room was big and view was fantastic as facing the sea, breakfast was sumptuous too especially the miso soup and raddish and beef stew. We came here for Sakura but in view of cold snap blooming season was delayed this year, Kawazu town can be boring as most shop including restaurant closed after 5pm. We were also told that there is no taxi available after 5pm. Overall stay was great including onsen, will definitely book again if I am back in Kawazu.

Awesome stay, onsen got outdoor and indoor and sauna as well. Their toiletries are all provided. Room is big and can accommodate 5pax more than enough. Highly recommended

First of all, I like to give a credit to 2 lady staff in this hotel. The first one is the lady who can speak fluent English, she tried very best to answer us and helped us to carry the baggage to the shuttle bus. The other lady staff in the front desk on 15/3 night going to my room to fix room facilities and helped me to out the luggage to the shuttle bus on 16/3 too. The hotel in general all staff are nice and helpful. If you like to see sunrise, you better remarked it when you did the booking or ask the check in staff when arrival. The French restaurant is delicious. Public Onsen provided in a convenient time slot. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only recommend the hotel can include breakfast or snack in the room charge.

Quiet. Nice sea view from room balcony. Good spread at breakfast buffet. Staff able to converse in English.

Good and nice place

This hotel is beautiful! We had pool/ocean view room. All the restaurants are reservation only. This is information that should be provided to guests prior to checking in, especially if you're staying only one night. Everything is a la carte and pricy. Seating around the pool is also by reservation only instead of first come first served. Breakfast was delicious and worth paying for in advance. Onsen was super relaxing with nice outdoor bath. Overall, the value for what I paid wasn't worth it, so I will not stay at this hotel again.

Very bad experience. Disrespect the elder. Discrimination. Pool was full of bugs. Beach is good, we had good time with local residents. They were very nice. The hotel and its service. No commends.

Spacious. Seaside. Free laundry self-service. Restaurants are always fully booked. No shop in vicinity. Japanese type wall sockets only, no USB wall socket. I wanted to upload photos but this App is not displaying the thumbnails, looks like a bug.
