Pro’s Originally, we booked and paid extra for a sea view room, but this was through Loveholidays and not the GL hotel direct. We were given a room in the central core of the hotel with no window but a sliding patio door onto the passage way with people walking past. Emilie on the front desk was able to change the room but only half way through our stay. We viewed that room with the window but no sea view which was smaller and decided to stay in what we had as it had an excellent wet room for the bathroom. The room was very clean and tidy with towels being changed every day and the room made up very nicely. The air conditioning is very discreet and worked well. The rest of the hotel is kept clean throughout all day long. It must be said, Emilie was really helpful throughout our stay. So, the hotel is OK, it has a certain calmness about it, the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times although hardly any English is spoken. We only met two other English people in our whole week. It was predominantly Russian and German guests, so we saw no smiling faces whatsoever! The beach and the jetty, the sea, the sunbeds, and the hotel’s swimming pools are small but adequate. Both pools are of a reasonable size for the hotel but no good for lengths. The sea water pool in the Spa area is great. There was entertainment on one night only which was in fact excellent. Con’s Being all inclusive, we expected our food and drink to be edible and drinkable, but this was definitely not the case unfortunately. All food was served lukewarm unless you had a fried egg or omelette in the morning or took food from the griddle station in the evening or lunchtime, but you needed to wait whilst it was cooked and took it immediately otherwise it went into a bay Marie and either stewed or dried up. Not one hot meal the entire week. Unfortunately, the house wines were really something not to be laid down but to be avoided! Cocktails or mixed drinks were basically revolting (sorry, but it's true). The Tuborg lager and local cognac were OK. Everything else was avoided once tried. So, it’s a nice hotel, great location on the beach and 5 minute walk from the noisy and brash high street. Breakfast & lunch palatable (but only just) which forced us to eat & drink outside the hotel after the first night.

Un hôtel confortable et confortable au centre de Kemer, en pleine fleur et en vert, tout est conçu pour un repos tranquille et confortable - silence, musique ininterrompue, grand service, pureté parfaite. La semaine de séjour dans cet hôtel était heureuse et un peu triste pour nous de se débarrasser de personnes qui essayaient de satisfaire les souhaits, même dans le trivial. Merci beaucoup, chers amis de nos. qui sont devenus des parents pour nous. Nermin - un joli gestionnaire d'hôtels souriant, ayant appris que notre avion part tard, a permis de se reposer sur le territoire de l'hôtel et même de dîner, même si nous n'avons plus payé pour le dîner. Oguz Kaan est un administrateur sur la recette, très attentif et soignant (par ailleurs, il est difficile d'apprendre le russe et déjà de bonnes communications en russe). Il est particulièrement souhaitable de noter le chaleur spirituel des jeunes enfants - gardiens Dogan et Serhat - leur attention, leur éducation, leur travail dur, le respect des invités, la bonté - ont gagné nos cœurs. Nous sommes également reconnaissants à Arslan, un travailleur technique indispensable et à tout le personnel. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine très propre, d'une zone intérieure bien conçue, isolée du monde extérieur des arbres verts épais. La salle de bains turque est équipée d'une sauna, d'un hameçon, d'un bain turc - une visite à l'hôtel est gratuite sur commande préalable. La cuisine est une table ”suédoise”, une variété de plats de produits de haute qualité. Le pain et la cuisson sont produits sur leur propre boulangerie. Les chambres sont petites, mais toutes en ordre parfait et sont stériles. L'ensemble de l'infrastructure touristique de Kemer est accessible de l'hôtel.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de l'hôtel Euronova, où nous avons passé 1 nuit sur la route. La propreté et la décoration des chambres sont magnifiques. Le fait qu'il dispose déjà d'une climatisation Daikin toute neuve, et non jaunie comme dans d'autres hôtels. montre la qualité. Nous sommes très reconnaissants envers le monsieur qui nous a accueilli avec le sourire et a surclassé notre chambre selon disponibilité, malgré l'heure tardive à l'entrée je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude. Ne cherchez pas ailleurs à Kemer, c'est. un hôtel très professionnel, central et parfait.

I stayed at the below hotel in Turkey booked via Love Holidays. Never again they should remove this hotel from their listing. Grand Nar Hotel, KEMER the adult only one, as there are 2 in KEMER Night 1: I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM after a long flight and a 90-minute transfer from the airport. Check-in went smoothly, and my suitcase was promptly taken to my room. However, I was disappointed to find that the bar had already closed at 10 PM. After such a long journey, it would have been nice to have a drink. Day 2: Breakfast was simple but sufficient with eggs and tomatoes. I spent some time by the pool on a sunbed, but my relaxation was disturbed by a fellow guest who did not understand the word ”no.” This unwanted attention made me very uncomfortable. Dinner that evening was quite amusing with an abundance of Brussels sprouts – something I only see at Christmas or Easter as an Irish person. The food variety from breakfast to dinner was extensive, especially their creative use of boiled eggs in various dishes. However, I was surprised to learn that before 10 PM, despite being on an all-inclusive package, only beer and local wine were available for free. Any other drinks had to be paid for. No service at the bar after 10pm! Yet staff stay by the pool drinking! Day 3: I spent the entire day on a beautiful trip and had dinner at Leon's, which was recommended and did not disappoint. Days 4 & 6: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistent, though I discovered multiple ways to reuse cooked potatoes, which was interesting. Day 5: I went on an evening tour, which was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the most distressing part of my stay was the persistent harassment by another guest who seemed to stalk every single female around the pool. He made video calls with his phone close to our faces while we were sunbathing. Despite my complaints, nothing was done. In fact, he continued to sit near us, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. The hotel staff, who were often seen socializing and drinking with this individual in the evenings, did not address the issue. This was the first time in all my travels to Turkey that I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s interior is in dire need of a makeover. The staff’s attitude was appalling, exemplified by a manager calling a guest a ”fat sl*t” for breaking an old chair and demanding 100 euros or threatening to kick her out. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. The furniture is about 20 yrs old ffs. The two dogs in the reception area also need a good wash as they smelled terrible, making the reception area very unpleasant. In 37 degree heat it was disgusting. Positive Note: The only highlight of my stay was the spa. The staff there, especially the manager and his trainee, were brilliant and provided excellent service. In conclusion, this hotel needs significant improvements in staff behavior, guest safety, and overall maintenance. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot

Nous étions à l'hôtel à la fin d'avril 2023. Nous sommes arrivés pour le week-end pendant 2 jours. Dans sa catégorie de prix, l'hôtel est juste 🔥🔥🔥. Nous étions beaucoup où nous étions. Les filles sur le resepschen intelligent. La cuisine est très confortable et la cuisine est très confortable. Si vous êtes là pendant 10 jours, je ne sais pas, quelqu'un semblerait ennuyeux, mais les gens ont reposé un hôtel complet et tout le monde est heureux. Beurre, cocktails, boissons, etc. toute la journée pour un vol. La crème glacée est qualitative et délicieuse. Nous reviendrons quand possible 🤞🏼

I would probably rate this 3-stars based on the areas where this resort falls unnecessarily short, but the overall food quality and the attitude of the staff members merits another star. For the positives, as many reviewers have stated, the atmosphere, set among about a billion older trees (they're even numbered), is relaxing. The 5+ minute walk to the beach is nice, with the road and sidewalk actually built around many of the old trees. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food selection is good, and the preparation is definitely above average. The Tchibo coffee bar in the middle of the park was very nice. The negatives were disappointing and generally unnecessary. We were initially shown a room (M-6) with two single beds. When we initially asked for a room with a full size bed, we were told that the beds could be pushed together. On our second request, we were moved to room M-16, which was better. Better, but old (the main building is old and feels old). I have read that the 'annex' building is newer - it looks it on the outside. Our room was conveniently located, a short walk down one flight of stairs to the lobby bar and main restaurant - down two flights to the spa. A couple disappointments: the bathroom door didn't latch. The drinks in the fridge/minibar were never replenished. While the shower wasn't bad, the shower head had some issues, and the hot water temperature fluctuated. The evening 'entertainment' was well below average. ”Live music” on Sunday consisted of a single singer basically doing Karaoke. He wasn't bad, but it was below the quality of other resorts Other nights, including their ”Miss Armas” competition we're pretty forgettable. Bottled mineral water was not carried. They ran out of things (like ayran) at thr bars. The beach bar and snack bar seemed like hastily assembled substitutes (when compared with other resorts). The beach was rocky whereas that on the adjacent Nural resort (admittedly more expensive) was largely cleared of rocks and sandy. The ”beer house” near the Tchibo coffee bar was never open - apparently closed for the season. The sheet we were provided with times said ”ultra all inclusive”. We have been to both all inclusive and ultra all inclusive. This was definitely not ultra. Sorry for the long list. We gave this 4 stars because of the positives. The disappointments are submitted for management review and for future guests to set their expectations. We are happy that we went - it was a relaxing five days - but we are unlikely to return.
