Please note that you booked an economy room with a shared terrace overlooking the open atrium. These rooms have double-wing balcony doors leading to the shared terrace. All tour operators receive detailed information about our complimentary and paid services. However, the information presented on their websites is beyond our control. We deliberately do not offer entertainment programs or animation, as most of our guests prefer a quiet atmosphere. We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve our services.
