FrançaisUne semaine d'enfer À l'arrivée à 1h du matin. Moi-même, mon partenaire et mon bébé de 5 mois avons été informés après un long processus d'enregistrement (dont aucun n'a été compris par l'une ou l'autre des parties en raison de la barrière de la langue) qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible et que nous devions rester à Ares City pour la nuit, puis être récupérés le matin. Ares City est un véritable dépotoir d'un endroit - les photos ci-jointes montrent l'état de la "salle de bain" si on peut l'appeler ainsi. Nulle part où trouver de l'eau chaude pour les biberons de bébé. Chambre puante et sale avec des prises électriques qui pendent. J'ai été récupéré et emmené à Ares Dream. La chambre n'était pas prête. J'ai été envoyé au petit-déjeuner. Des chats erraient sur les tables et les stands de nourriture, des mouches partout. Finalement, on m'a donné la clé de la chambre - la salle de bain à peu près la même, noire de moisissure, salle de bain dégoûtante. Lit taché. Censé être tout compris. Les seules boissons disponibles étaient de la bière, du vin rouge au robinet et une variété de boissons premium "coca/limonade" affichées mais il n'était pas permis de les boire. Les chambres ont été nettoyées une fois pendant notre séjour malgré notre demande. J'ai passé du samedi au mardi dans ma chambre à cause du pire virus de ma vie, sans doute attrapé à cause des conditions absolument dégoûtantes dans lesquelles nous étions censés manger. L'attitude du personnel est horrible. Je n'ai pas fait attention lorsque notre transfert ne s'est pas présenté ce matin pour partir à la maison. J'ai écrit un message sur la page Facebook après la première nuit. C'était une capture d'écran du directeur et il a contacté mon partenaire. Pas de mots d'excuses ou pouvons-nous faire quelque chose pour améliorer la situation. Cet endroit est pire qu'une auberge de jeunesse - il faut le démolir au bulldozer ! Si je pouvais donner 0 étoile, je le ferais. NE RÉSERVEZ PAS CE BON ÉTAT !!!

Un personnel horrible qui vous crie dessus ou vous ignore si vous n'êtes pas russe ou turc. Le réceptionniste photographié sur mes photos n'est rien de moins qu'un tyran et un arnaqueur. Lui et le seul traducteur anglais (seulement là le soir où le grand patron est arrivé) escroquent les clients anglophones pour de l'argent pour partir sous tous les prétextes possibles. Ils prétendent que vous n'aurez pas votre transfert à l'aéroport si vous ne leur donnez pas l'argent qu'ils ont mis dans leur poche. Je les ai personnellement vus faire cela 3 fois à différents couples. La nourriture est immangeable et pleine de mouches, sauf le jour où le patron arrive. La machine à café vous donnera une décharge électrique si vous n'avez pas de curseurs. Les chambres n'ont jamais été nettoyées pendant une semaine entière et aucune serviette ni papier toilette n'est fourni. Personne et je dis bien personne du personnel ne vous sourira même. Absolument aucun divertissement. La moitié de l'hôtel est complètement inoccupée et délabrée. Il n'est pas digne d'être appelé un hôtel. Ne vous y mettez pas

For this price range it is a very decent hotel, with a lively atmosphere. Hamam/Sauna place was wonderfull with lovely people working there. Food was also tasty, and more then enough for a day. Room quality could be improved, but it still delivers for this value.

A lot of different food and very tasty 🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍👍 Room was very nice . Beds were so soft and nice to sleep. Wiew From the balcony Is super beautiful and night lights of course. Every evening is disco . Music makes you feel Good 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

Its the worst hotel ever its a waste of money and a waste of holiday i recomend you never go there the rooms were never cleaned plus when we called the cleaners they stole from my purse even though we gave them money the staffs attitude was the worst they didnt help us with a thing we asked also we were unsafe cause we were young girls they were hitting on us even though they were +50 the transport was count in price but when we was there they said that they dont have a transport car the beach was 1 hour away and we had to pay transportation by our own and aslo at the beach we had to pay for everything even though they counted in all in i were never complaining but i never want other families experience like we used ti experience period.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING do NOT book to stay at this hotel unless it is your last resort- here’s why 1- we arrived at 2am and the receptionist (none of which speak english) told us that none of the rooms were ready and we were taken to a nearby hotel to sleep there for a night. the rooms were dirty with hairs all over the bedding *see attached images (the hotel is currently very overbooked guests are having to sleep in other nearby hotels) 2- if you don’t speak turkish or russian, you will be spoken to like garbage by the staff 3- the food in the restaurant aren’t labelled and the options are very limited, you will probably eat only vegetables this trip 4- the rooms are dirty and were only cleaned once during our week-long stay, when we requested for it to be cleaned. 5- if you sleep before 12am, there is no chance you will be able to at this hotel as there is music blasting until late every night (if you enjoy nightlife then you may enjoy this aspect of it) 6- the dishes and cups are not cleaned properly- they are left oily and stained 7- wifi is not free (10 euros for a week) 8- the receptionist tried to kick us out of our room a day early due to the hotel being fully booked even though it had already been payed for 9- the AC in one of our 2 rooms is very weak and the fridge in both rooms barely work 10- the beaches are all monopolised by other hotels so it’s very hard to find a public beach where you can sit without being pestered to leave or pay - in the public parts that are free, the beach is dirty with rubbish in the water As a family we always try to be positive and look on the upper hand but this hotel is a must-avoid

Where do I start?? Arrived day 2 of my 5 night stay due to my first hotel Ares City which was also god damn awful and closed. I arrived at about 9.50am and was told to leave my luggage an go to breakfast as my room would be about 15/20 mins. I was pointed in the direction of the restaurant where I found quite a few cats an kittens lots of flies an very little food. What food was available was pickled or just looked awful. I returned to reception where I waited for over an hour for my room. I wish I hadn't bothered as the room which was in Block "cellblock" 3. Room 205 was dirty an smelt. The view was that of the back of a kitchen with beer barrels an loud staff. A tv that didn't work, a fridge which was mouldy a bathroom which was minging, dodgy sockets. Cell block 3 used to be a hotel with reception an looked ok 4 yrs ago looking at the pictures. Now it is dirty unused and I think that is where they stick the non russians/germans..!! The pictures which are advertising the food bars rooms are mis represented as they look nothing like it. Bed lined dirty, room floors dirty and have cockroaches I had a baby one bite me. The pools are ok but forget the fancy pool bars all inclusive are a joke. You had a choice of beer, white wine? Which was rose then that turned to a urine sample colour wine that ran out so red it was. There was some fruit stuff which was awful and soft drink or water. Rhe staff are rude or just unhelpful. I was a solo traveller and felt very uneasy going out at night (so I didn't go out for meals) as I just seem to be accosted my creepy Turks. The hotel wasn't much better as I had three different men saying they noticed I was alone an they wanted to keep me company...I have never said I want to go on now on a holiday but I did on this occasion. If you were Russian / German you had the best rooms and could even get vodka which I think was kept under the bar. Staff are rude and hygiene standards well there just aren't any. A truly upsetting experience as this was supposed to be a relaxing holiday for me after a few rough years. I was so stressed. Glad to be home. It is false advertising and nothing is said about it being a mainly Russian hotel wherever no one speaks English. Do NOT believe the advertising. I didn't know there was a sauna let alone a private beach..?? Disgusting

Arrived in reception at 12.20am and were given a form to fill in that was written in another language. We were then pointed to sit in the dirty old fashioned chairs located in reception. After 45min I somehow managed to ask how much longer and was Told 10min. Finally at 01.40 we were shown to our room. On entering the room my husband noticed the toilet had not been flushed so he flushed saw the rest of the room gave a thumbs up and walked away. I will add photo evidence of what we walked into at this point someone else came from reception and saw the room. He was not phased by what he saw I told him we wanted another room and were refused. We had no towels then or for the rest of our stay. Just to make it clear our room from the point we moved in was not cleaned they only gave us 2 clean sheets and 2 clean pillow cases I felt like I was in a jail. There was also a trolly outside the room with dirty bedding and bin bags of rubbish. The food is well presented although after around 20min it has flies all over and around it and the only time guests use the utensils is when it’s the hot food or sauces everything is touched by everyones hands. The lighting ad is fake none of those lights are on past 11pm. There’s loads of cats and kittens roam the grounds theyre nice and Friendly and there’s also some tortoise as well forgot to mention there’s pet cockroaches in the rooms too. In my opinion this hotel should be condemned and love holidays should be ashamed of themselves for sending people there I will never use love holidays again as I can’t trust them now.

We have just enjoyed a lovely 15 nights at this hotel. The hotel setting and the gardens are absolutely beautiful. The location is fantastic for both the beach and the shops, restaurants and bars. Both pools are lovely and maintainence work is being carried out every day. The view from our bedroom was stunning Room B214. At the back you could see the beautiful mountains and from the balcony was the pool at the front and the road outside. The road could be busy but it never disturbed us. The beds were comfortable. The bedding was changed 3 times during our 15 night stay. The room was dated but freshly painted and functional. The wardrobe was small. The bathroom wasn’t nice. After a week I complained because no one had cleaned the bathroom, changed towels or taken the rubbish out. I had already taken sterilising tablets with me after reading the reviews but this didn’t touch the mold so we had to buy bleach from the local supermarket. When I left yesterday my bathroom was clean. No mold. The shower hose had gone from black and slimy to silver. The cleaning techniques at the hotel do need looking at. The cleaning lady showers the whole bathroom and then scrapes the water off the floor using something similar to a window squeegee. This is what is causing the mold. A similar theme continued outside the hotel. Every morning they would wet everywhere with a hose pipe and then squeegeed it off. It just pushed the dirt around they would have been better off using a mop. The staff were all friendly some you had to speak to first but that is just individual personalities they weren’t rude or unhelpful. The owner was a lovely man it was his birthday while we were there. Every day he asked all the guests how they were and was everything okay. When I expressed concerns about my bathroom the man on the reception quickly rectified the situation. By the end of the holiday we were quite friendly with our cleaning lady she was lovely. I didn’t have an issue with communication or language barriers at this hotel and we actually enjoyed being the only English guests there it was nice. The other guests mainly German were also friendly. The All Inclusive package was limited. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and coffee and cake around 5. Bar closes at 10. The bar man works extremely hard. The dishwasher was broken so I am sure if that was fixed it would be a lot easier for staff. Soft drinks, water, beer and wine were provided, no spirits or cocktails. Sometimes you would have to have a plastic glass as they had run out of the others. The plates and bowls in the dining room were plastic also. Food was basic and limited. Usually a stew of some kind and rice or pasta and fresh salad and bread. Desserts were apples, oranges and cake. The dining area in my opinion would benefit from a deep clean. There are lots of cats roaming about but I enjoyed feeding them so I can’t complain. All in all we had a pleasant relaxing vacation at a very good price :)
