Avis : Metcourt at Emperors Palace

Very welcoming and engaging staff. They were quick to check us in and the shuttle driver was nice enough to ask us if we are sure we are at the correct Metcourt hotel as there is another one.

Everything was Good. Pick up from the airport in a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room small but neat, Good for just 1 night. For longer I would have choosen a larger room with a fridge. Nice facilities on the premises for eating out and shopping. Interesting exhibition on the history of democracy in SA.

I recently stayed at this hotel which left me disappointed due to their shuttle service limitations. While the overall experience was average, the lack of a 24-hour shuttle service proved to be a significant inconvenience, particularly for early morning flights. One of the key reasons I chose this hotel was because of its location and a shuttle service to the airport. However, upon checking in, I was informed that the shuttle operated only from 7 am onwards. This was highly inconvenient as my flight departure time was earlier. I approached the receptionist to inquire about alternative options, hoping for some flexibility or assistance, but was met with an unhelpful suggestion to order an Uber instead. Having previously stayed at other hotels near airports, I had come to expect a 24-hour shuttle service as the norm. It was disappointing to find that this particular hotel did not offer the same level of convenience. Given the additional cost associated with using ride-hailing services like Uber, this unforeseen expense was an unwelcome surprise. In conclusion, if you have early morning flights or rely on a reliable 24-hour shuttle service, I would caution against choosing this particular hotel. I would recommend exploring other nearby options that prioritize customer convenience and provide a more accommodating shuttle service.

一個園區裏有3個酒店，很安全。很多家餐館，各國菜系，還有中餐館，電影院，賭場。可以足不出户，確保安全。到機場的擺渡車，循環發，很多班。

房間中規中矩，衞生一般般吧，服務人員有點吵，下午三點才能入住不太友好，但是酒店在園區裏，相對安全，賭場附近很多餐廳，生活方便，這方面還是推薦的

早餐非常好吃，酒店就在賭場對面，出去玩很方便，衹要不出酒店整體所在的閘口，都還是比較安全的。

Я останавливался в этом отеле дважды - первый раз на несколько дней (моя конференция проходила в здании напротив), а второй раз - на одну ночь между полётом из Кейптауна и полётом в Абу-Даби. Отличное расположение. Удобный, чистый и комфортный шаттл из аэропорта. Отличные завтраки. Близость к зоне казино и фудкортам где каждый может найти кухню себе по душе. Абсолютная безопасность! - это важно для Южной Африки.

很安全，衞生整潔，環境也不錯，離機場非常近，裏面有十幾家餐廳，服務態度也非常好，值得推薦，放心住，沒問題的哈

房間的位置好，距離機場衹有10分鐘，機場班車很方面。從酒店去賭場步行10分鐘左右，賭場裏面有很多餐廳且價格親民。就是隔音差一點
