J'adore l'emplacement de l'hôtel, en face du Grand Musée Égyptien. L'environnement est magnifique. La chambre est beaucoup plus grande que celle du centre-ville, et la salle de bain est grande et bien.
Le petit déjeuner était correct.

L'ensemble de l'hôtel est encore un produit semi-fini. Le restaurant est en construction et la piscine est également en construction. Après avoir quitté l'hôtel, c'est essentiellement un terrain vague. L'isolation phonique est extrêmement mauvaise. Vous pouvez encore entendre le bruit de décoration le matin. Vous devez passer un contrôle de sécurité à votre arrivée, mais l'attitude du personnel est très bonne.

L'équipe de l'hôtel est super. Ils ont su nous conseiller et répondre à nos demandes sans problème. Le lieu est magnifique et on s'y est régalé, la cuisine y est bonne et l'hôtel est vraiment propre. Un grand merci à Youssef du Duomo Bar et a Mostafa, du resto italien, de vrai soleil. Un. Merveilleux moment

Je l'aime. J'aime tout pour les services et tous. Je reste 1 semaine et nous adorons ça. La chambre était belle, les gens étaient gentils, c'est heureux, tout est propre, je les aime vraiment. Et nous revenons voir M. Sherif

Je ne peux pas dire plus qu'un hôtel terrible et catastrophique que je n'ai pas vu dans ma vie, un hôtel de mauvaise qualité. Premièrement, les chambres sont très sales, pas propres, il y avait des taches sur les serviettes. Les toilettes sur une autre planète étaient sales, pas de nettoyage, l'eau ne s'en échappait pas, le réfrigérateur ni le travail, merci Dieu, la télévision fonctionnait. Deuxièmement, le restaurant pas de nourriture, presque toujours le goût. Dommage que la variété soit mauvaise ou très très mauvaise, la bonne nouvelle était le personnel, ils étaient gentils

5 .. For the Atmosphere, care and staff. The Way I am seen is with such embrace and sheer kindness. The rooms get made up everyday, the pool is very clean, there’s a variety of restaurant to choose from. The Il Duomo bar staff are one of my favorite as they make me feel so special, they know when I turn up what drink I like. • Youssef - is a young determined and inspiring young man who is the one who encouraged me to leave a review. Sherif the concierge was so good to me and helped me out so much with many different things that I needed. Definitely the best member of staff there. Very kind, very considerate and very helpful. Everyone else there was great too, beautiful hotel. I stayed in room 400, so think I was in one of the older rooms, but nice, nonetheless. The rooms could do with some work, and the air-conditioning needs to be sorted and fixed to work properly. The pool is gorgeous, and the hotel surroundings is stunning. Very clean hotel, they take pride in that. I've no complaints in general.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. The hotel had renovations going on while we was there by the side of the pool, but that was the only downside. The rooms was spacious and the 2 bathrooms was great with having the kids sleeping downstairs and us on the upper floor. The buffet at breakfast was good and again the staff were attentive and very friendly. The best thing about the stay was the tour of Saqqara and Giza pyramids ran by Hamza. He was a fantastic tour guide who from the start was fully engaged with history and also making it fun with the kids. The communication from booking to dropping us off after the tour was first class. The car was immaculate and had its own driver so Hamza could talk to us whilst travelling to the sites to give us all the info and history en route. We stopped for some lunch during the tour which again was amazing and also a few local stores if that is what you want. All in all we were pleased with the hotel but loved the tour from Hamza and would highly recommend him to anyone who would like to organise a trip through the hotel.
