Inside, the house is set over 1 floor (split level) and has been carefully designed for summer living. The interiors, compact and functionals, are classy and newly redecorated. Huge windows provide plenty of natural light and an airy feeling. Entrance, via the private garden, is onto the spacious and air-conditioned lounge with adjoining kitchen / dining area. The lounge features a comfortable sofa (convertible into a double bed), satellite TV (free channels), wi-fi internet connection, patio doors leading to the terrace at the front (equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining). The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The bedroom area (which can be separated from the lounge thanks to a set of sliding doors) has direct access to the rear terrace. There are 2 twin beds that can be joined to form a double according to the preferences of the guests. Fitted wardrobes are also available. There is a stylish family shower room, located next to the bedroom area. Outside, the large terraces of the villa, furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, are the perfect setting for outdoor living all summer long pampered by the gentle sound of the waves (BBQ is also available).
