Merit Park'ta bu 2. Konaklamamız. Ilki hakkında burada yine yorumum var. Bu otelde değişmeyen en önemli şey hizmet kalitesi. Her yıl Kıbrıs 'ta tatil.yapan , diğer Merit otelleri dahil çok otel deneyimleyen biri olarak Park'ın en büyük farkı buradan geiyor. Kendinizi çok özel hissediyorsunuz. Otel yönetimi ve çalışanları gerçekten bir dediginizi iki e**iyor. Her türlü eleştiriye açıklar ve sorunu mutlaka çözüyorlar. Müşteri İlişkileri Serpil Hanım muhteşem biri. O kadar ilgili, nazik ve işini severek yapan biri ki onun olduğu yerde mutsuz olmanız imkansız. Resepsiyon Kaan Bey şimdiye kadar gördüğün en iyi resepsiyon görevlisi. Sicak, neşeli, güleryüzü... Otelin tüm personeli cok iyi. Hepsi cok nazik, ilgili.. Otelde en cok duyduğunuz kelime "memnuniyetle" ...Yemekler güzel, hele Fora Balık muhteşem. Orada bize servis yapan Ahmet Bey'e ayrıca teşekkürler..Alkol kalitesi eskiye nazaran biraz düşmüş.. Barlarda personel biraz tecrübesiz özellikle Pool Bar'da. Pool.barda ve deniz kenarindaki kahve makinelerinde problem var. Kahveler cok kötü çıkıyor.Kokteyllerde pek başarılı degiller. Sherwood Bar'in kapatilip farklı bir köşeye nargile cafe &bar yapılması bizim hic hoşumuza git**di. Denizi platform, iskeleden giriliyor bunu bilerek tercih edin. .Muhtesem bir havuzu var. Bu yıl 12-16 yaş grubu için Teenage Club etkinliği başlamıs. Biz cok memnun kaldik. 12 yaşındakil kizim bayıldı. Çok eğlendi. Evet otel eskimis, birçok eksik var ama hizmet kalitesi o kadar iyi ki bir yerden sonra o eksikler de gözünüze bat**z oluyor.. Biz 1 haftalık tatilimizi cok mutlu geçirdik. Siz de eğer rahat et**k ve özel hisset**k istiyorsaniz Merit Park'ı gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Bu vesileyle Serpil Hanım'a, Kaan Bey'e, Gül Hanım 'a Fatih Bey'e , Songül Hanım, restauranttan Sinem , Mehmet ve Recep başta olmak üzere tum restaurant çalışanlarına, Benga'ya, Housekeping Fat** Hanim'a, Oğuzhan'a aslinda tüm otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederiz. İnşallah en kısa zamanda tekrar görüşürüz...

I had amazing time great food and hospitality , i hade a good expereince at the hotels spa and attend a great live music concert at the hotels Live music bar, also they had a really fantastic sisha place with nice beach view of Mediterranean beach

5-8 ocak arası merit crystal cove da kaldım, 8 sabah erken ayrılırken odanın kasasında çok ciddi bir meblağ para unuttum, öğlen müşteri hiztleri müdüresi Hatice hn telefon ile ulaştı ve parayı bulduklarını iletti, 1 gün sonra hesap numaralarımı ilettim ve ertesi gün havale ettiler. Yıllardan beri hem otelcilik hem lokanta tarafında çok yüksek kaliteli bir hizmet verdiğini tecrübe ettiğim Merit otellerinin bu tip sıradışı bir olayda da kendilerinden beklendiği şekilde çok hızlı ve düzgün bir şekilde süreci tamamlamalarından son derece memnun oldum. Hem Hatice Hn ı, hem otel yönetimini hem de tüm çalışanlara teşekkür eder, başarılarının devamını dilerim.

Eylül ayının başında bir arkadaşım ile daha önceden de memnun kaldığımız otele tekrar geldik. Görüyorum ki zaten hizmet ve kalite açısından benden tam puan otel üstüne koyarak devam e**iş. Otele giriş yaptığınız andan çıktığınız son saniyeye kadar aralıksız güler yüzlü insanlardan hizmet alıyorsunuz. Bunun bu denli devamlı olması gerçekten çok zor ama bir o kadar da güzel. Müşteri memnuniyetini bir iş olarak değil bir misyon olarak değerlendiren insanlar sayesinde tatilimiz inanılmaz keyifli geçti. Her zaman her saatte aradığınızı bulabileceğiniz gerçekten mutfağı olsun aklınıza gelen diğer her konularda kalite en üstte. Özellikle bu tatilimizin bu kadar güzel geçmesini sağlayan Gökçe Abadan hanıma sonsuz teşekkürler. Öte yandan her konuda bize yardımcı olan çözüm odaklı Zafer Yılmaz Beye de teşekkür ederiz. Bu tarz insanlar emin olun tatilinizin çok rahat ve güzel geçmesini sağlayacaktırlar.

Went to the merit park 3 times so far this year . Fab food Friendly staff Relaxing break Our whole family love it here .lots of choices for food .to suit all dif types of food lovers .always something for the fussiest .1 as well. All proper drinks .Lots of choice . Thr pools are lovely .beach clean, Will defo be back

From the moment we arrived until the end of our holiday the hospitality at this hotel was outstanding. The hotel is spotless ,rooms spacious and the food is varied and delicious but most of all the staff are truly wonderful. All the staff are friendly and helpful but we would like to mention a few that made our holiday extra special. Kaan on reception welcomed us and settled us in. Katya of Guest relations helped us daily and answered all our questions. Pervaiz Ashraf in the restaurant who made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable meal. Ahmed in the restaurant who was often our translator ! Aziz our pool bar waiter always happy to keep us topped up with drinks ! Fa**a Giftarlera who is so hard working . Recep Enes who looked after us so well and made us feel comfortable from our first day . And last of all the wonderful young gentleman Zubeyr at the pool bar who never stops working and made sure we always had everything we needed as well as giving us some free Turkish lessons ! We hope to return soon !

Fazlasıyla keyif aldığımız muhteşem bir tatil oldu. Misafir ilişkilerindeki Serpil hanım’a çok teşekkürler. Bizimle çok içten, samimi bir şekilde ilgilendi. Fora Alacarte da hizmet çok başarılı, yemekler inanılmaz lezzetli. En güzeli de hayvan dostu bir otel. Kediler, köpeklerin olması içimizi ısıttı. Slot ******su da oldukça büyük. Merit Park ailesine emekleri için çok teşekkürler. Kıbrıs’a tekrar geldiğimizde mutlaka tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.
