The Fern Residency Karad

One of the best hotel with good & humble staff. Painting & Maintanance is required in the room. Food is good breakfast is ok. Curtains is required in the restaurant as direct sunlight is coming on table and it is very difficult to seat and eat breakfast. I already informed staff regarding this and they also agreed and so ***y guests already raised this issue but till today ***agement not yet taken initiative for curtains in the restaurant. They keep only 2 water bottles (500ml) each as a complementary in the room. But in this summer season people want a more water bottle (minimum 4 bottles of 500 ml) I asked for water bottle in the night and I got sealed broken bottle. I think it’s a RO water. I like to suggest that when customer is asking for the water bottle don’t give RO water u can charge it but give proper sealed water bottles. Front office staff is really good, when I complained them regarding water bottle issue they apologised and they made a beautiful towel flower design with a letter. Restaurant staff is good. Housekeeping staff is great, special thanks to Vijay, Abhijit & Harshal for making beautiful towel art. They have a car washing facility with extra money and the guy who is doing the car washing he is really taking a extra care of the car. Overall experience is excellent. Will definitely visit again. Thanks to all the staff who made extra effort to make my stay comfortable.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable.overall staff is very helpful especially housekeeping team Harshal is doing great as the cleanness of room wash room is very perfect. Also very polite housekeeping staff also I am extending my stay due to the this type amenities.

Nice stay with fern residency karad. Hotel location is nice .Overall staff are very kind and spportive specially Mr Vijay & Prathmesh the cleaning staff are very helpful by nature & respective towords thair guests. The overall cleaning process is very good.

We took a break journey here once and now it is our regular stopover choice. Excellent location by the highway, amenities, food, cleanliness, caring staff. They have a massive pool. There is ample parking. Overall value for money. Highly recommended for families & couples.

This has been a fabulous stay experience like always. 2nd time that I’m visiting this property and Vijay and Sandeep from housekeeping really did a beautiful towel work in my room and the decor was fabulous. Loved it guys, Over all stay was amazing.

Very convenient location on NH4 highway. Not far away but near vicinity of town. Very good arrangement, food and ambience is nice. Staff is very co operative and provided personal attention. Real value for money.

We stay here very often as it is the closest big hotel near our main destination. Have been coming here for more than a year now. We have found the staff extremely helpful. The front desk, restaurant staff and courteous. Restaurant staff goes out of the way to make you feel happy and satiated. The kitchen menu keeps evolving which is good. And they take feedback seriously and work on it The hotel has EV charging station and also a gym. Wish they had a spa and parlour. But the best is always coming back to a well-maintained room. The housekeeping staff works well behind-the-scenes. We had a new towel art each day.

The Rooms are not properly maintained, the decor is torn and unhygienic, food stains on the sofa and chair is torn (Check clicked pictures), bathroom toiletries are not refilled properly. Overall the stay could have been better but not to the standards of other fern property.
