BAO - from front desk. AMAZING service and attitude to help with the (multiple) problems we encountered. Restaurant Staff - the ladies who attended, very friendly, made a connection with my son and always attentive if we needed anything. Check in - we informed that we would be arriving very late in the early morning. We arrived and waited 25min until someone from staff showed up. Even though that person was willing to help us, we waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes before they could give us our rooms. We were with 2 senior adults and a 6 year old child. Things disappeared from our rooms - a bag of candy and my son's medicine. Magically, it appeared the day we checked out, when they were not supposed to clean the room and they still did it. Duty Hotel Manager - the worst travel experience of my life when I encountered a "duty hotel manager", if you can call him that. He did not give us a solution to a single one of our problems. On several occasions we spoke to him and he ignored us. We would talk to him and he would go away. He would talk to other staff about us in Thai instead of English, as we did. 100% disrespect, zero judgment, availability to solve problems and so on. A total failure.
