除夕入住，酒店安排了中國新年自助餐，沙灘還有煙火表演，在房間還可以看春晚，很不錯。住了三晚，早上不需要一大早起，去斯米蘭和蘇林都很方便，直通泳池的房間是孩子們的最愛，隨時可以跳進泳池。Drift餐廳戰斧牛排也很棒。

房間有點小而拘謹！是新裝修的別墅！尤其二樓空間侷促！泰餐廳服務人員態度有差別對待，checkin的staff非常友好！

The pool is what you first notice. Thailands largest I’m told. Cool water and endless hours over days meandering through the many canals up to our room. Beautiful surroundings, meticulously manicured and staff that smile always and greet you with an effervescent greeting every time. Quality is everywhere at this resort. Looking for it everywhere and always I wasn’t disappointed. The food, oh dear lord the food! The best I’ve ever eaten, dining experiences that are world class. The beach is clean, white sand that laps right up to the pool chairs lined up under coconut trees, I snoozed while the warm salty breeze kept me feeling cozy and warm, not too hot in spite of the humidity. Long walks on the miles of beach while long boats cut through the green sea reminding me this was Thailand.

Really nice hotel, with a stunning pool. The breakfast is amazing. There is something for everyone. The juice khao lak booster are amazing. The beach are beautiful. We didn’t use the restaurant, we walked down the beach to eat. The spa was amazing.

This hotel is amazing ,the grounds are immaculate .It is right on the beach front with plenty of towels and cold water stations everywhere. The air conditioning worked really well which was needed as the heat is intense outside There are many restaurants within the hotel and plenty on the beach close by for drinks and street food also good quality Our favourite restaurant was Olives (Italian) The staff are all friendly and attentive especially Laila and Harrison who always went the extra mile to make you feel welcome and for breakfast Nuch she even remembered what drinks we liked JW Marriott your staff are a credit to you . We have no complaints I would recommend a swim up pool at this particular hotel due to the heat . Thank you Jayne and Steve

Why can’t I give 6 stars? A resort that sets a very high bar for others to follow. I’ve travelled to many countries and stayed in a number of Marriott hotels, but none come close to the quality I found here. The staff deserve extra praise as nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole complex was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. And good news for the sunbed chasers, staff were actively removing towels from unattended loungers all day.

Great hotel, but maybe a bit soulless. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and we agreed that the room was one of the best we have stayed in. The hotel itself is huge with amazing facilities, lots of restaurants, and plenty to keep you and the kids busy. The beach is wonderful with loads of free equipment to use. The pools are also great, and there is something for everyone. The main issue I have the JW, is that it doesn't have any soul. You could be anywhere in the world. I am quite sure that the majority of people that stay at the JW don't leave the resort. Why would they? The JW caters for every Western style of cuisine in a safe environment, it caters perfectly for the self entitled spoilt children of middle class parents who are quite happy to pay European prices for their food and drink. We ate once in the Olive, which was very good. But why would would eat in the other restaurants, when 2 mins down the beach are some excellent authentic Thai places. Where you can drink (the same) beer and cocktails at a fraction of the price. You can eat amazing local food, rather than pizza, burgers and steak at the JW. If you like to play it "safe" in a controlled environment, where your every whim is catered for, then book the JW. But don't expect it to give you a true "Thai experience"

Have been there a few times already and just booked again. Very nice beach, great food (not exactely cheap, but worth it), and a lot of shaded places at the beach. Had to chance rooms during the last holiday due to maintenance work. The communication was very professional and personal. Thank you, Taki. All of the staff menbers are very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to the next holiday!
