So disappointed with my local ******! Unlike other ******s nearby the largest part of the ****** itself is still a smoking area with two small non smoking areas. They looked clean and inviting so my friend and I decided to grab a bite to eat in the cafe first. Unfortunately the walls of the cafe don't go all the way to the ceiling and the huge gap allows for smoke to enter the dining area. My friend has asthma and even I, a former smoker, got a stuffy nose and watery eyes within minutes. It would be safe to say the air quality was actually better in the ****** itself! We had already ordered our food and the lovely staff boxed it up for us to enjoy in the non-smoking area where a couple of small tables were provided. I had high hopes for this ****** given the amount of money spent on building the beautiful hotel. Until they switch the sections around I won't return.

What a disappointment! The hotel setting is lovely and the room was OK if you don’t mind finding used face masks in the furniture. You don’t need to go to the ****** to hear the band, it’s very loud in your room! They played from 9PM until 1AM. When we called to complain, the receptionist laughed and told us we couldn’t move because the hotel was full. Nightmare experience.

People are friendly they have a larger non smoking area, free Soda and a great bar to hang around in. $5 craps and the hotel is also feels very new and clean. Great food in both the restaurants. We will be back.

unfortunately have stayed and played here many many times overast 7 years as a regular patron. last few months /stays staff has not been the same with few exceptions. this stay upon check in they asked if we wanted to opt out of housecleaning and we said we wanted to have room cleaned. when cleaners didn't show up and when we called down front desk front desk woman who answered rudely said we opted out. pure brush off. prior stay woman would not check us in until 3pm while other frontvdesk staff was allowing check in as hotel was obviously empty. Food is limited and deli takes forever for simple sandwich orders even though a few ppl working behjnd counter and not busy. slots payouts are turned down to lowest ever. with a lot of options we will go elsewhere as rooms aren't being kept up/feel run down/staff not friendly not hospitable in venue that is part of the HOSPITALITY BUSINESS.
