Brickfields Farm

We have been to Brickfields 3 times, we now feel like it’s our 2nd home ! We love the location 40 mins from Whitby, 20 mins from Castle Howard, the rooms are gorgeous and so welcoming, as for hosts Ian & Karen you could not get better ! We adore Lily she so looks after us in the cosy bar area! We are already planning on coming back in August to appreciate the clay ovens on the terrace ! Mel & David

Absolutely beautiful stay, brilliant location with lots of wildlife. Food was absolutely amazing and the service was spot on. We had the flat iron steak which was full of flavour and melted in your mouth. The breakfast is beautifully presented and so tasty! Owners are so friendly and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Beds are super comfy and the rooms are gorgeous and have everything you need in them. Definitely recommend staying here, super relaxing and lovely experience overall.

The perfect place to stay. Nothing could have been better. Even the perfect location for our favourite walk at Chimney Bank. Like your own little cottage with great views. Best b b we've stayed at abd well certainly go back.

Returning visitors! Absolutely love this place, from the beautiful surroundings, rooms, and welcome, to the excellent facilities, cleanliness and food!! We cannot speak highly enough of our experience here, the touches of pure luxury in each room, and we have stayed in them all!! Had a wonderful couple of nights here last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The setting is idyllic, surrounded by fields and so so peaceful. It’s well positioned close to Kirkbymoorside, Helmsley, Pickering etc. We stayed in a room in the farmhouse which was beautifully dressed and exceptionally clean. There was a small fridge with a supply of water and milk together with kettle and hot beverage selection. We had our breakfasts in the on site restaurant (Feather & Beak) and it was of a high standard with a good selection. We ate in the restaurant on Saturday evening and was very happy with the menu. Again the food was of a good standard and cooked perfectly. Sunday lunch was excellent accompanied with a great selection of vegetables. The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly. We will be back.

Beautiful place lovely and peaceful area Accommodation was perfect beautiful room everything you needed exceptionally clean comfortable beds brilliant walkin shower little kitchen for tea making fridge provided along with tea coffee chocolate milk and biscuits perfect nights sleep followed by one of the best breakfast we’ve ever had

Once again our stay at Brickfields farm was amazing ! The hosts and staff are warm and welcoming! The rooms are perfect everything has been thought out well it’s like home from home. The surrounding area is a pleasure to look at outside your room with the Guinea fowl and wild life a pleasure to watch ! Once again we had dinner/breakfast at the on site restaurant ‘Feather & Duck’ this is outstanding the food is always amazing ! This is our second visit with a view to certainly come back !!

This was our first visit to Brickfieldsfarm and what an amazing little Gem. We was kindly greeted and shown to our Room (poppy room) The room was lovely and very clean and tidy and very spacious with a little kitchenette. The bath room was very nice with underfloor heating and stunning tile work. The walk in shower was amazing with a very high pressure setting. Lovely little private patio area. Would be lovely in the warmer months to sit outside and watch the Sun go down. We headed into Kirbymooreside for tea on the first night and the second night we booked a table at on-site restaurant (Feather and Beak) The food and service was 1st class and would highly recommend booking a table early as it seemed very popular. The breakfast on both mornings were very nice and all cooked to order. We will definitely revisit the little gem in the near future. Thank you Karen, Ian and your team.
