Monte Carlo Inn- Near Disney

Our first time staying at this hotel. My niece birthday, so we treated her to old town. Found this hotel. Small but absolutely no complaints. Stayed 2 days. No smoking on property!! Next time we travel to Kissimmee, we will difiantly stay at monte carlo inn. Front desk was very professional.

This is the cutest little motel! Went for a weekend trip with my daughter, and was so pleasantly supplied at what we found! It was clean, staff were wonderful, even when we locked ourselves out of our room! Beds were comfortable and it had a microwave and fridge and all the amenities. Not the fanciest, but a great hotel for an affordable stay in Orlando. Will be back.

PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A VERY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS LOSE YOUR MONEY. WE HAD BOOKED ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT THROUGH ********** AND WHEN WE GOT THERE THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS NICE DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW VERY MUCH ABOUT THE HOTEL OR ANY OF THE SITUATION SHE PUT US INTO A ROOM THAT ONCE WE GOT THERE THERE WAS ORANGE MOLD ALL OVER THE BATHROOM AND ESPECIALLY UNDER THE SINK WHERE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BRUSH YOUR TEETH AND REALLY BAD CAKED UP ON THE SHOWER SPICKET WHERE THE WATER COMES OUT AS WELL AS THERE WAS DEAD MOSQUITOES SMEARED ON THE BED WHEN I WENT TO TELL THE LADY ALL SHE COULD DO WAS TRY TO OFFER ME ONE OTHER ROOM IS THAT WAS ALL THERE WAS AVAILABLE WHEN I WENT TO THAT ROOM IT WAS EVERYTHING WAS THE SAME SITUATION MOLD ALSO IN THE BATHROOM AND ON THE SPICKET WHERE THE WATER COMES OUT AS WELL AS A SMELL THAT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT COULD BE WHEN I TOLD HER THAT THIS IS UNSATISFACTORY AND NOW I'M GOING TO HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL AND I'M ALREADY LATE FOR THE EVENT FOR THE REASON WHY WE EVEN WENT TO THAT AREA SHE TOLD ME THERE'S NOTHING SHE COULD DO AND SHE WASN'T SURE WHEN THE MANAGER WAS GOING TO BE COMING BACK NOT EVEN ANY DAY IN THE FUTURE SHE WASN'T CLEAR ON WHAT SHE COULD DO AND SHE TOLD ME TO GET A HOLD OF ********** WHEN I GOT HOLD OF ********** THEY BASICALLY HAD TO CALL HER AND SHE TOLD THEM TO SHE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOW TO DO ANYTHING AND TO EMAIL THE COMPANY BECAUSE SHE CAN'T PROCESS ANY REFUND AND NOW THE COMPANY HAS NOW SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PROCESS A REFUND BECAUSE THERE WAS NO REFUNDS WHEN I BOOKED EVEN THOUGH I NEVER STAYED AT THE HOTEL FOR 1 MINUTE THIS IS A REAL REVIEW THIS IS NOT SOME KIND OF THING TO BASH THEM THIS IS REALITY PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE MY BATTLE AGAINST THEM WITH MY BANK BECAUSE THEY DON'T SEEM TO WANT TO BUDGE WHEN ********** IS TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS WELL I CANNOT STRESS HOW HORRIBLE THE SITUATION AND THE MOTEL IS AND EVEN WORSE WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER THE LADY AGAIN ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER CALLING THREE TIMES AND NOT ANSWERING SHE FINALLY ANSWERED AND BASICALLY SAID THE MANAGER IS NOT COMING IN TODAY AND SHE'S NOT SURE WHEN THE NEXT TIME HE'S GOING TO BE COMING IN THAT RIGHT THERE JUST SHOWS YOU HOW BAD THE SITUATION IS... Only giving them one star because you have to give them a star to leave this review. If not it would be zero stars without a doubt or negative if I could even put that!

We stayed for 1 night as we arrived to town early and needed a quick overnight stay. We booked without paying too much attention to the actual reviews. Our mistake. Check in was friendly. We walked in to a strong musty chemical smell. We closed the door and realized the door was not air tight letting in bugs. We next noticed the floor was dirty. We could not find a tissue box in the room. Soap and Hair Care Dispensers were empty. We had brought our own for a longer stay at a different property so not a huge issue. There were some positives. The beds were firm and comfortable. The TV was large and had a good channel selection. Picture was good and no stretching. There were two fridges and a microwave in the room. Overall it did the job for a quick overnight.

OMG, on a business trip and only looking for a safe place to lay my head. I was looking for a clean room, good price, no bugs and a safe place to stay. I found it here! If you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay at a excellent price. Book Now… 😀

Very disappointed with how this property conducts their customer service and with how they treat their guests with disabilities. I have a service animal which whom I provided all paperwork for at time of checking in, however, I received a very upsetting phone call from the hotel staff during my stay. Staff called and threatened to have my service animal picked up by animal control officers if I didn’t show up immediately. Afraid I’d have my service animal taken by animal control, I was unable to go to Disney World which was the purpose of my visit and therefore lost all the money we spent for park tickets and basically the entire trip cost altogether. But that’s not all, once we arrived back home, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card from the hotel and after calling them to ask what the charges were for, I learned that they charged me for “dirty” towels and wash cloths because according to them the wash cloths and towel were too dirty and therefore considered “damaged” In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel, specially if you plan on using your towels and wash cloths.

On a 3 day stay here, I had absolutely no issues. Room #103, was well maintained, updated and very clean, while the room was basic it more than did the trick. Room rates were very fair, and everything in the room worked properly along with the wi-fi. A decent Budget motel with a great location, with a Waffle House in walking distance. All the staff were friendly & helpful during my visit. Overall Rating ~ Very Good.

Five of five star's, great rooms & great people who work there all staff are kind , attentive, great location to get to Disney & restaurant s and store s nothing but awesome, fun comfortable beds and nice , easy to get a wheel chair around the room and into the bathroom

C'mon people, you're paying 55 dollars per night for a motel and for that money, you get quite a bit. Stop complaining. The grounds are clean, the pool is actually very nice, the rooms are cold and clean, the ice machines never fail, and if you act like a decent human being, the staff in the office are very friendly. the cable is limited, but you get 3 HBO channels, espn, all the cable news, hgtv, a couple of cartoon channels and etc. This is the perfect little hotel for a family that wants to put thir money toward tacky souvenirs and family memories instead of four star accomodations. I have stayed here 8 nights on two separate trips and it's really just fine. The white sock test passed with flying colors and they are very aware and responsive to Covid. I'm in construction remodel and have actually remodeled Motel 6 rooms. I will never stay at Motel 6, ever, but this place is ok. I'm a Hilton diamond member, btw, and when I vacation I'll stay there. But when I need clean, cold, cheap rooms for a job, then I would recommend the Monete Carlo.
