Cet hôtel ne décevra pas ceux qui s'y rendent. L'accueil est remarquable, les équipements et installations permettent d'occuper toute la famille. Alors que beaucoup d'hôtels pâtissent de l'absence d'entretien durant les deux années de l'épidémie, il faut saluer le travail accompli par les responsables du Novotel Rayong Rim Pae Resort. Tout est nickel. Le petit déjeuner est impeccable (pas de bacon !) le kid's club très apprécié. Le seul véritable point noir concerne l'isolement. Le premier 7-Eleven est à 5 kilomètres et il n'y a rien avant. Rayong est à 30 kilomètres. Une mini boutique (soupe de nouilles, cookies pour les enfants serait très appréciée.

Great location overlooking the sea and Samed Island which it’s nice for our vacation and recreation; very big and beautiful swimming pools with jacuzzi.. Hotel breakfast is really good with lot of choices and delicious foods;

Novotel is a great choice for an out of town location. Breakfast can be improved ,beach area and water was great with lots of lounges around pool and grassed shaded areas at the beach.rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, hotel upgraded us to deluxe rooms oupon check in, there's a beauty of a restaurant across the road, very good food with cheap prices and lots of everyday items for sale,

This might be a perfect place for grandparents, located in the middle of nowhere, there are no activities, no entertainment, not even music. Was the most boring place I’ve ever been. Is very clean and the pools are nice, food is also delicious. The front desk wasn’t as nice and welcoming as other places we’ve been in Thailand, but that’s not a big issue. Oh, also didn’t like the fact we had to pay 100baht for the laundry bag. First time in my life I wasn’t allowed to take the laundry bag. Incredible haha

Very comfy and friendly hotel in rayong. Room rate was reasonable, love the happy hours by the pool. Dinner at the pool was superb - all dishes were yummy!! We will definitely come back ❤️.

The service is good, the breakfast is good, the bed is comfortable, but the air-conditioner in the room is very dirty and the ventilation system is very loud!

The room is not sound proof, and there was a party going on until mid night. My kids can not sleep. They should have put our room towards other side despite knowing that they will host a party. Also, internet connection is very slow.

Very nice holiday resort. Good breakfast. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Reseptions-, pool bar staff poorly trained, no 4.star standard, speak bad english. Price performance is not good too expensive! Otherwise everything is fine.

The availability of sunbeds is very limited. It is recommended to reserve one as early as 6:30 AM.
