酒店很舊，但是房間很乾凈，就是床墊有點太軟了

Was alright. Room was older than the ones in the photo.

The Location i in the town center, cleanlineess can be accecpt, but the receptionist nat allow to check in at 14.00pm he said that check in time is on 15.00pm. It should be got shower screen is better other wise the floor become wet after shower

Overall it's just okay for a short stay... the view of Kluang town from my room is great. The furnishings were rather tired throughout the hotel and the breakfast buffet was very limited.

Add on the drinking machine is the best for any traveler in every each floor.

Bestest accommodation in Kluang area

Stayed here because of a fair in this hotel. Their breakfast is a small bento set that was delivered to your room early in the morning. Think they are still in COVID mode. Anyway, the bento was left aside as it was cold and unappetizing. Nothing around the hotel so you would have to drive out for meals. Will not return if I have a choice.

Just nice. Will come again.

Rude receptionist. No help with luggage. Room was tired & toilet didn't flush well. Fire alarm went off 3 times through the night. Hardly slept. All in all not a pleasant stay. Will never stay here again. This has been the worst stay ever! Please consider carefully before staying at this hotel. Would have given it 0* if I could!!!

Dusty Rooms Our room was double check in,suddenly gst entered my while i was in the room. Breakfast worst ,only 2 types, the bihun got hair. Swimming pool was filthy n dirty we was not informes abt the swimming is not fully operating , felt CHEATED on these. Aircon not cold , so we change 2rooms. The receptionist said i was UNLUCKY. No Bellman n the whole entire hotel only 1 trolley , upon check in we carried our luggage. Overall i n my family felt cheated.
