Good, I like the service from the staff. Room is not too small for three. Just a little far from the metro.

Great location, 5 min walk to subway and train. One train stop away from Shin-Kobe station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to locate as next to Ikuta Shrine. Free coffee at lobby 24/7. Rooms are spacious with bathtub.

The room is quite clean and comfortable! It's also quite close to the city centre. Will definitely book this order again if we will go to Kobe in the future.

Great location and very convenience to stay. The hotel very clean and room also clean with good environment. Hotel provided free espresso coffee for guest at hotel lobby.

the hotel is good, the price is very cheap, the rooms are big, there are lots of restaurants out there, near the mall near the train, very happy.

Visiting Kobe with my family of 4, got a connecting room. Such good location, big spacing , amenities are spot on and got packed extra after we left the hotel with do not disturb sign at the front door. Great hospitality!!!

Super close to Sanomiya where nightlife is happening. Staff is very courteous and very responsive. Hotel is clean. Suits all budget travellers

I love the interior and it is spacious! affordable and doesn't smell funky compared to most of the hotels especially summer time.

Been here multiple times times already. A lovely olace to stay at around temple and some arcane games. Also kinna close to JR station. Good place to stay at!

Location is quite near to Sannomiya station taking exit West 3. Next to the Ikuta Shrine. Room size is quite big

I spent a week in this great hotel. The queen size bedroom is quite spacious compared to other hotels I’ve experienced while traveling in Japan.
