Très bien. Compensations en cours de séjour. Quelques bruits de chantier. Sera super une fois terminé. Je reviendrai.

Обслуживание на высоте. На ресепшене используют приложение-переводчик, поэтому языкоквого барьера практически нет. От отеля до кафе на улице можно доехать на электротук-туке (во время ливня очень пригодилось). Из недостатков можно указать только прохудившийся шланг в душе. В отельном ресторане не питались. Завтраки весьма хороши.

Отличный отель! Все супер: расположение, питание, сервис, бассейн! Персоналу отдельный респект, очень вежливые , улыбчивые ребята ☺️Обязательно вернемся еще именно в этот отель 🥰

Самый замечательный отдых на Ко Чанге и в Тае))) персонал вежливый, отзывчивый 🤗 везде чистота, лежаков куча: самые удобные ))) завтрак разнообразный, кафе-ресторан днём это что-то 😍 вечером и днём тишина и уют ))) однозначно, на следующий год только сюда 👌

Très bel hôtel sur une magnifique plage (selon moi la plus belle ). De très beaux couchers de soleil, l’eau est translucide et chaude. Il y’a des cocotiers, des balançoires ! Une carte postale! Nous avions un Bengalow familiale front de mer. Quelle vue chaque matin! La chambre était grande et propre. Les piscines sont très sympa, une nouvelle grande piscine à vue le jour cette année visiblement et à côté l’ancienne avec un toboggan super pour les enfants! Le petit dej était correct. J’avais peur en lisant certains commentaires mais on trouve de tout et c’est bon. Le personnel est très gentil , bien qu’ils parlent difficilement l’anglais. Nous avons parcouru l’île en scooter et on a vue d’autres hôtels avec lesquels on hésitait et bien franchement je ne regrette pas notre choix! Je recommande +++

Hôtel très bien situé sur une belle plage. Les bungalows sur la plage sont jolis et ont une terrasse couverte et confortable. Très pratique pour la fin de la saison despluies. Bungalows face au couché de soleil. Par contre, 2 nuits sur 4 nous avons été réveillés au milieu de la nuit par des touristes saouls qui s étaient installés devant les bungalows et criaient. Personnel très sympa et petit-déjeuner copieux. Possibilité d aller prendre ses repas dans les nombreux restaurants situés a quelques minutes a pied.

Nous avons séjourné ici avec nos 3 enfants dans un bungalow familial et avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour de 6 nuits. Complexe impeccable qui se sent vraiment bien entretenu et qui a beaucoup d'attention et un personnel serviable à portée de main. L'accès à la plage est tout simplement parfait. Les éléphants ont d’abord provoqué un certain mécontentement auprès de nos plus jeunes qui n’aimaient pas les voir grimper dessus, etc. C’est agréable de les voir, mais la plupart des gens aimeraient simplement les voir passer, pensons-nous. Globalement, un très bon rapport qualité/prix sur une belle plage et à proximité d'excellents restaurants et bars

This for us was the perfect hotel in Koh Chang. Pros. It was low season so we got an amazing bungalow right on the beach, so we could see the elephants coming down to excerise and cool off. The rooms were lovely and clean. The staff are super friendly,and have good English. Breakfast was good and could be delivered to the bungalow as it was quite. Free electric car to take you into town. White sandy clean beaches to walk on. Large pool with plenty of sun loungers. Cons Not much really, unfortunately we did not eat at the restaurant as there is no view of the beautiful beach. They were building a lovely cafe while we were there, so that will take in the view. The beautiful swimming pool was placed away from the view also which made it redundant for us as the sea and view were stunning, even in the rain. All in all, we all loved this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Our Villa is just amazing, no more then 100 steps from the beach. The resort is well maintained and very clean. Pool is not big but ok. There are only a few sunbeds on the pool. Unfortunately, there are no sunbeds on the beach, what I consider unacceptable for a beach hotel. By the way the beach has many rocks, depending on the tide. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly but their english is very little as nearly everywhere in Thailand.

Room had everything, including super view from 3rd floor. Soft comfy beds and strong warm shower. Staff very polite and helpful, hotel buggy giving free lifts into town. Its an excellent location for walks on the beach, and short walk into town for all the bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

I rarely rate a place 5/5 but this is one of the best 3 star rated resorts I've stayed at in Thailand. Modern looking resort and well maintained. All the staff are quite professional executing their duties and that includes the guy out on the beach every day cleaning. I stayed in a 3rd floor balcony room where every room provides you with great sea views. Everything worked just fine and a nice comfortable bed to boot. Breakfast was a reduced affair given there was only a handful of guests whilst I was here. Note the restaurant is closed after breakfast during low season. I appreciated the complimentary golf cart service to restaurants along the main road. Overall, a great stay and I hope to be back again at the end of this year.

Accidentally found hotel by browsing tons of places on the island. What a win. Kaibae beach is great, hotel is just on the beach, maybe 100m to walk if you do not stay in a bungalo. Great service, very decent breakfast, everybody is just so welcoming. Nive beach view from a balcony, if u do not stay on ground floor. Odd drawback to mention - when it gets dark the lighting shines on your room entry doors which attracks tons of various bugs, so you have to be very quick to enter your room after dark :)
