Superbe resort! Ambiance très familiale. Plage sympathique avec piscine en bord de mer. Villa premier très propre (quasi neuf). Bar /restaurant en bord de mer très appréciable au tarif correct.(happy hour 🤩) Une très très belle adresse sur koh chang 👌.

Bons petits déjeuners. Nous avons pris une villa Deluxe, à 20 mètres de la mer, 10 mètres de la piscine, 30 mètres du bar. Oreillers pas très confortables sur le lit. Vous pouvez utiliser le parc aquatique de l'hôtel Paradise Hill.

The hotel is a little dated but fine if you are visiting the island for a few days. The beach is nice and clean and every night the hotel has live music and a fire show. It is a good location and can walk to other restaurants nearby if you want. The reception is fine but always feel as if you are putting them out. Would probably try a different hotel if we’re to stay in Koh Chang again.

Review: During my stay at this resort, I was pleased with the cleanliness and its location in a relatively peaceful area on the island. However, I must mention that the quality of food offered at the resort did not meet my expectations. Fortunately, there were excellent dining options available just outside the resort, including the Mexican restaurant "Amigos" which stood out with its fantastic service and delicious cuisine. On the downside, the front desk service at the resort fell short of providing a satisfactory experience, improvements are needed in terms of food quality and front desk service.

We stayed with my husband in this beautiful hotel for a week in December 2023. To be honest, a week was not enough for us. We liked everything: the hotel staff, the excellent beach, the cleanliness of the hotel, the location of the hotel (there are cafes and shops nearby), the breakfasts are varied and very tasty. At breakfast, if desired, you can eat soup. Many thanks to the chef and all the staff of the hotel for making your stay at the hotel unforgettable!

房間很大，放了個沙發也還有不小空間，房頂很高，空間感很舒服，但是天氣熱的中午時分，開着風扇也無法將房間完全製冷，時不時會帶下來點熱風，午睡會有點影響，浴缸很大，但是放出來的水發黃，無法泡澡，淋浴龍頭水偏小， 沖涼不夠給力，房間電視是lg，可以手機平板投屏看電視遊戲，好評，房間內基本設施都還行，就是布草有點舊了，特別是毛巾等都有點陳舊，邊緣起毛明顯，酒店公共區域挺大，北部有水上樂園，南部有泳池，沙灘近在咫尺，餐廳，水吧，小童樂園應有盡有，度假一流，帶着孩子住了五天宅了五天。

Alles prima, sehr schöne Anlage. Direkt am Meer was mit kleinem Kind sehr gut ist.

Хороший отель с хорошим пляжем и местоположением , но пожалуйста сделайте более удобным обмен пляжных полотенец.

本來定的是另一家高檔酒店，不肯確認訂單，正好這家有促銷，結果入住感受大大超出預期。酒店佔地面積很大，海岸線至少有3、4百米，海水和沙灘質量感覺和三亞亞龍灣的差不多，海水不深，走出50米也就1米5左右。由於客房不是平房就是別墅，所以衹有73間，人很少，國人基本沒有。定的基礎房，靠馬路，但隔音還不錯，離海邊也就50米不到，缺點是衹能從露台門進，私隱性稍差。不知道是不是旱季緣故，儘管綠化很多，但基本沒蚊蟲。早餐很豐富，有燒賣、包子等中式點心。酒店實際和馬路對面的天堂山酒店是一家，所以沙灘共用，還有免費共用的水上樂園，適合帶娃。週末晚上有免費沙灘煙火表演。酒店內竟然還有星爸爸，比國內便宜，但比酒店自己的咖啡還是貴了一丟丟，而且早餐還有雀巢的自動咖啡機可以用。出酒店左轉200米是比較熱鬧的小路口，小飯店、711等都不缺，更遠一點2公里左右有BIG C和Lotus大型超市。離白沙灘也就4公里，據説酒店有免費shuttle bus，沒去確認。

Проживали в Бунгало ,очень уютный и грамотно выстроенный дом со всеми необходимыми условиями для отдыха. Территория вся в деревьях и выложена пешеходными дорожками очень комфортно для перемещения внутри зоны. Понравился бассейн с баром. Пляж чистый с белым песком и пальмами ,единственное май месяц не совсем удачное время года для купания в море, днем сильный отлив вечером прилив в море практически не поплавать. Через дорогу аквапарк, для детей все есть ,отличные водяные горки. Завтраки отличные, очень большой выбор на любой вкус. Персонал отеля добродушный ,проблем с сервисом нет. Обязательно еще хотим сюда вернуться но в зимние месяца ,чтобы насладиться хорошим морем.

Расположен на пляже. Из бассейна видно море.
