Vraiment moyen....dommage.... Plage correcte. Chambre non conforme aux photos. Piscine indigne (aucun équipement). Pas de piscine bord de mer??

Service : L'attitude de la réception et des serveurs est très bonne. Le prix du restaurant est cher. La chose la plus satisfaisante est de sortir en mer et de faire du kayak. C'est tellement amusant. C'est gratuit et il n'y a pas de limite de temps

Vue, belle ambiance de plage, très bonne vague de vent, très bon petit déjeuner, bon personnel de service. mais déçu de l'ancien état de l'hôtel piscine en mauvais état La photo ne correspond pas à la couverture, devrait être améliorée. Les kayaks transparents ne sont pas disponibles comme annoncé. La nourriture et l'eau potable sont trop chères.

It's not that bad like the review i've seen. The hotel is quite old but it not that old; everything still practicable. I've got satisfactory services from very single staff. Front beach is rocky yet still beautiful; i can enjoy incredible sunset.

We were very disappointed with this hotel and part of us was our own fault to look at the reviews on other websites. The hotel's cleanliness fell short of expectations, especially in the rooms -amenities were lacking: the swimming pool’s water was cloudy and there were several tiles missing -breakfast was underwhelming: terrible coffee (tasted like instant coffee) and the food containers did not look particularly clean - the lids of the containers were constantly open and they’re were bugs flying around fruit and other food items at all times. No one during the breakfast service seemed to care about it and maintain things clean. While the surrounding gardens around the villas were beautiful, the overall property is in need of a significant update to match its potential. The rooms are old and in need of repair, as well as in need of new shower heads, curtains, bedsheets, duvet covers and pillows - which were all old looking and very much STAINED. The coffee machine inside of the room was also very very dirty. The beach area in front of the hotel is rocky, and the surrounding beaches are very dirty with litter everywhere. Usually I like enjoying the hotels amenities but with Cham’s House I was staying there as little as I possibly could. I would not recommend this place.

Clean room, beautiful and very large swimming pool, very good service staff, fresh, clean and delicious food in every menu, there is a private beach.

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..

The room need to renovate or repaint espacially restroom in the villa. there's lots of water stains on the floor wall ceiling bathtub. Pool is so good. There're many trees around the hotel that make you feel freshing to take adeep breathe i loved it. And the most important thing for all muslim guests is hotel got a halal certificated so you can enjiy your meals here All staffs here is nice and kind to helpful I'll come again if I travel to koh kood
