Bon et bon

Very disappointed. Book 3 deluxe rooms with view but ended up get 3 rooms without view and very noisy at night . Shower with extremely 'Hot Water " and no cold water at all force to use bidet to shower. Breakfast choice not bad, good location. Photos attached was the view from room door.

Very nice place with a great breakfast and coffee/tea. Friendly staff. Got a good view from my deluxe. Prime location in the TukTuk peninsula.

This hotel really cannot make it. Rooms smelled mouldy. Plenty of flies/slug/ spider in the room, think I sprayed almost half a can of insecticide. Badly maintained furniture in the room. Toilet even worse, tap not aligned to the sink so it flows out into the sink top and out of the pipe under the basin as well. Mould surrounded the bathtub area. Limited breakfast option, pineapple served was already rotten. Hotel area not fully sheltered with plenty of steps which pose a big problem on rainy days. Steps into the pool are slippery. This is the 1st time I can’t wait to leave a hotel as soon as possible.

Samosir Cottage Hotel is a lovely hotel with magnificent views across Lake Toba. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is excellent (beware the really large portions when you order). Staff is very helpful, they even made sure i got a complete breakfast even though I had to leave very early.

The location and the view is beautiful, not so many nice and good hotel in this island; therefore, this hotel consider the good one. The facilities is average, except the swimming pool is next to the lake. Breakfast is average, don't expect to much. The view is great, especially from the upper floor.

The view is unbeatable, breathtaking, unbelievable. We booked 7 rooms, including the top cottages villa. The view is much more breathtaking from this cottage villa, because it’s the highest room. But, the staff especially front office girl and boy not helping and very very not friendly. Zero in communication. My room is also not prepared dan cleaned when i check in; there’s leftover food waste in the refrigerator covered by FUNGI. Brilliant. Maybe because there’s too much room but less standard and staffs. Hopefully you guys fix it, be better.

Onoverzichtelijk hotel met veel trappen. Kamer zeer basic waarbij lakens van het bed stuk zijn en vochtig. Airco werkt onvoldoende. Televisie op de kamer met weinig zenders. Mensen die slecht ter been zijn dienen dit hotel te vermijden. Wel biedt het hotel mooi uitzicht op meer. Er zijn zeker betere accomodaties te vinden.
