The view is 5/5 stars - the rest is like a 2 star hotel.. Old rooms with a terrible smell and a window which could not lock. Ruud staff ( not in the bar and resturant) they had a terrible attitude and scammed us for money when we left. The wifi did not work. If you want luxury find something else!

We Highly recommend Sunset Hill Resort at the west Coast on Koh Phangan. We were met by very professional, great English speaking receptionists, that gave all the info at arrival and had great communication via Whats app. Shout out to Rein, Kevin and Flo for the amazing experience 🙏 The stay: We were staying at the 2 bedroom Penthouse in Rose 05. The view it really spectacular and nothing like anything we ever experienced. This has really been a stay of a lifetime and have our highest recommadations. Great beds, rooms, bathrooms and a great living room with kitchen, lounge at big glass doors so you can enjoy the view from inside as well. The terrace is AMAZING! Very big with sun chairs, round eating table and sofa lounge 🤩 The rooms service is 10% on top, but is really worth it as we had the best view on the whole resort. Bar Pool has really awesome staff. Really friendly and the service was TOP. Shout out to Jimmy and Thuzlizo for allways smiling and being so friendly! 🙏 Last is the lounge and kitchen staff. Great food, great place to eat, great room service and friendlyness. Try it out if you stay here, you won't be disappointed. shout out to Poing, Thet, Yazor and Chit. 🙏 Last but not least, the cleanliness and room cleaning was exceptional and very fast! 10 out of 5 stars If we should say something negative about the stay, the only thing we can pinpoint is the laundry service. (This was quite expensive and some of our new clothes came back washed out and "2 years older" than when we brought it in) It can't all be butterflies and sunsets, wherever you go I guess 😁

The view was amazing, nothing can’t beat that. The food services great. Yoga instructor for my private session was great thanks to Liz and Kiera. Massage service was awesome,a bit disappointed on first day,as they got mixed up with our schedule but manage to sort it for the second day. Our room was comfy,clean and spacious. They clean everyday. Towel change everyday aswell. Amazing staff esp Ms Rein who go above and beyond to help us to sort our laundry,transportation to night market and we had a chance to meet with 2 of their lovely chef. And also thanks to Ms Elaine to sort our trip. Ground staff, kitchen staff were amazing always greet you with smile. I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

The worst place ever - totally different from what’s advertised. A filthy, insect-ridden place and the staff is totally callous and unhelpful. You’d think you were staying here for free and not paying an exorbitant amount for the absolutely nil services & cleanliness offered as a paying guest.

Amazing place, I can’t thank enough the manager Elaine that made sure all The time we are taken care of! Thank you Elaine!!! Will definitely be back as the location and the pool are simply amazing. Maybe the best sea view on the island !!!!!!!!!

My five-day stay at Sunset Hill Resort was an exceptional experience, highlighted by the stunning 100% full sea view from my room, which was breathtaking. The hospitality, especially from Elaine at the reception, was outstanding; she went above and beyond to ensure my vacation was perfect.

Incredible resort. Rein was so helpful and the amenities are unreal. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the view is breathtaking. They can drive you down to the beach which is gorgeous too. Highly recommend!

La vue depuis la piscine commune de l'hôtel est magnifique. Les chambres sont propres. Les employés sont très respectueux, amicaux et serviables. Rapport qualité-prix *** la viande est bonne.
