景色はキレイで、施設も便利です。しかし、マネージャー不在、連絡が取れず予約の確認ができませんでした。

We have just stayed for 2 nights in this incredible villa and had an amazing time. The service from the staff makes it even more special. They go out for their way massively to make sure you are looked after from arranging taxis, helping with luggage, ordering food to the room, ironing clothes for us and being extremely helpful. The rooms are very nice … aircon made it easy to sleep and the beds are comfy. This is the first place we’ve stayed in Thailand where we haven’t found bugs in the room which is a nice change. The food we had here was fantastic too. Would reccomend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere special you will never forget. The manager here is a great guy and has made this trip run very smoothly. Thanks for having us Matt & Ella

As an experienced traveller and a flight attendant of 15 years I have stayed in many hotels and other types of accommodation and I have a good understanding on how they should operate. Unfortunately I have quite a few bad points about this one. 1. The location really is out in the sticks. It should be made clear when booking that not all taxis will venture to this property where you will have to rely on using the hosts vehicle as a 'taxi'. I feel the host uses this to his advantage when pricing fares. We pre booked a grab taxi which we were quoted 350Baht due to there also being a 20% offer through the app to get to the airport. The host said they won't come to the property (even though we arrived via a grab taxi from the airport to the villa) but for fear of missing our flight from koh samui airport we booked with the hotel. He told us when paying our hotel bill he was charging us 800 baht for the taxi. I tried to negotiate this but he said it's because he had to get up at 5am. This should have been made clear when we told him of the time we needed to leave and there would be additional charges for him having to get up early. 2. Upon arrival there are no signs to advise where there is a reception area so you find yourself loitering around or hiking up and down steps to find someone. There are stepping like stones to get through the terrain some which are loose and I fell and bent my finger back and scraped my leg. 3. This is my most serious point. There is ZERO respect for privacy. We were on our honeymoon and we used the do not disturb sign on our door. This was completely ignored even after bringing it to the attention of the owner that someone kept coming into our room. They also kept turning our air-conditioning unit off which nowhere does it state it can't be left on. I felt uncomfortable that I could not shower or do anything else for the fear of someone walking in whenever they wanted to. Turns out it's so they can check your mini bar daily. This is not acceptable. It should be checked upon check out or if the guest notifies the hotel to add it to their bill at any point during their stay. It can also be added later as a final audit charge from the hotel which is an agreement when you give your card details over when making a booking with a hotel so there is absolutely no reason why they have to do this check daily. 4. There were 2 power cuts when we were there. Due to the location we were in COMPLETE darkness. On the first occasion, using my phone torch I went down to the 'reception' (which appears to be in the kitchen) and there were no safety policies in place for black outs. No emergency lighting. I said to the owner I need something in our room to be able to see. The owner was scraping through the cupboards for some form of lighting and I was given two tea lights! Very quiet place with very kind people and service. Luxurious Villas concept, few villas with a creative and impressive design. 2 swimming pools with a great view. Free wifi, hot water, ac. Each villa got its own private area + shared areas and your meal will be cooked in front of you 😍

The worst place I visited in Thailand may be in the world this place can not be as a hotel also or even small resort very dirty all photos that villa spot show in the Internet are not real I not recommended this place at all room no have TV the way to this place very dangerous because very steep not worth the money at all i not Believe how this place got some 5 Stars reveiws any one wang to damage his trip he go this place

Le ultime recensioni negative lette prima di prenotare ci hanno turbato un po’ ma tranquilli, nulla di vero. Frederic, sua moglie e il personale sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Noi abbiamo dormito nella stanza Ko Lanta n. 7, pulitissima e con una vista sul mare spettacolare. Quando sorgeva la luna piena illuminava il cielo nero di stelle. Silenzioso e arieggiato, con tanto spazio all’esterno per rilassarsi senza essere disturbati dal passaggio. La struttura è disegnata benissimo, immersa saggiamente nel verde di palme e uccelli che accompagnano il riposo. Forse 1 zanzara nei 2 giorni che siamo rimasti, ma che si faceva i fatti suoi. La colazione dalle 8 alle 11 è molto ricca, l’omelette squisita e il frullato di anguria con il ghiaccio davvero rigenerante, non tanto quanto però il tuffo in piscina che puoi fare facendo solo 2 passi, prima di goderti l’isola con il motorino che puoi noleggiare in struttura (150 cc, adeguati). Fate attenzione e guidate con prudenza perché le strade per raggiungere questo paradiso sono ripide ma in caso, il servizio navetta (con pochi bath) toglie ogni paura. La maggior parte dei taxi e auto varie in giro per l’isola infatti, sono pickup, come quelli della struttura. Contrariamente ad alcune recensioni, il minibar in camera era funzionante e ricco, con spazio per metterci le nostre bottiglie di acqua. Bagno enorme, con tutto ciò che serve, dalle pantofole agli accappatoi, asciugamani (sempre puliti) e acqua calda. Aria condizionata e pala a soffitto per rinfrescare e deumidificare, soprattutto se c’è depressione e dunque nuvole da pioggia. Leggermente rumorosa ma dopo una giornata di su e giù, anche utile per addormentarsi… un mantra. Esistono strutture molto meno costose (seppur il prezzo sia totalmente equiparato ed in linea con i servizi offerti) ma molto meno confortevoli. I thailandesi sono carini e accoglienti ma la capacità ed il gusto imprenditoriale di un francese (ad esempio), fa una sostanziale differenza. Se quindi state decidendo di prenotare qui, state tranquilli, sarà un soggiorno fantastico. Very nice experience The last negative reviews we read before booking disturbed us a bit, but don't worry, nothing true. Frederic, his wife and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We slept in the Ko Lanta room n. 7, very clean and with a spectacular sea view. When the full moon rose it lit up the black sky with stars. Quiet and airy, with plenty of space outside to relax without being disturbed by the passage. The structure is very well designed, wisely immersed in the greenery of palm trees and birds that accompany the rest. Maybe 1 mosquito in the 2 days we were there, but that was getting the facts about him. Breakfast from 8 to 11 is very rich and the watermelon smoothie with ice is regenerating, not as much as the dip in the pool that you can do by taking 2 steps, before enjoying the island with the scooter that you can rent in the structure ( 150 cc, adjusted).
