Badi'ah Hotel is nothing short of superb! Large, spacious rooms with elegant/warm lighting and tasteful decor and artwork. Rooms were equipped with functional furniture such as a wall desk with a chair, 2 arm chairs, a folding luggage storage rack as well as a large cabinet for luggage storage and clothing. The room also came with an electronic safe, electric kettle, mini fridge, coffee/tea making supplies (Nescafé and milk powder packets, sugar, Lipton tea), 2 glasses, 2 coffee mugs with little stir sticks and bathroom amenities such as bar soap, shampoo, body gel, 2 dental kits and a disposable bag. 2 bottles of water were also provided and were replenished each morning. The bathroom was large and clean with a large western toilet. Shower was enclosed, however, water still floods all over the bathroom floor when showering. On this point, the bathrooms could be improved. The bed was extremely comfortable, but unusually short in length. I am only 5'5” but my feet were hitting the edge of the bed. For anyone taller than 5'5”, I fear your feet may be hanging off the bed? Perhaps this was just the size of the double bed in my room, but I found this peculiar. The room also came with a flatscreen TV, with 9 channels to choose from. Limited, but fine for a few nights. Channel selections included BBC news, Discovery and also a Cinemax movie channel (all in English). There were a couple of other English channels also, but I didn't tune in to these. Channels/TV service cut in and out periodically - loss of service - unsure why, but it was manageable. Wifi signal was exceptionally strong, with a router on each floor and different floor networks to choose from. Very happy! Air conditioning in the room and ventilation both were excellent. Housekeeping was excellent and efficient! They started at a reasonable time and finished very quickly, never missing a beat and generous with replenishing used supplies and toiletries. Rooms were also very clean! There was an electronic pad inside to indicate whether you wanted your room cleaned or to be left be, which I thought was excellent design. Reception and kitchen staff were all amazing! Professional, friendly and welcoming of guests! Always opening the door for incoming and departing guests and happy to service any request with a smile! Staff were superb! My one complaint (other than the flooding shower) would be ants in the room. Unfortunately, this is in most tropical climates, and difficult to control, I understand. They are harmless, but, for sure, an annoyance. The hotel offered free airport pick-up and drop-off which was superb value and very much appreciated! The staff even waited for me despite my flight being delayed over an hour (sorry!). Location of the hotel is perfect! You can walk to all of the major tourist sights, and there are 2 major supermarkets close by, one in the complex just behind the hotel, which was very convenient (it's called First Emporium Supermarket). The perfect stay in Brunei, everything is spot on. The hotel offers pick up and drop off at the airport for free. It also offers a shuttle around the city to go and see the main sights, again for free, and this is super easy to arrange. The Wi-Fi works excellently, and the location is perfect, just a 5-10 min walk into the main area. The staff are very nice, with the only exception being the housekeeping and kitchen staff who don’t seem like they can be bothered with their job (we left our make up room sign on for 7 hours while we were out, and they claimed to reception that we didn’t need it doing! We also came down for breakfast with about half an hour to spare and the hot food was cold and there wasn’t much available, and when we asked for more it was kind of shrugged off). The beds are big, clean and comfortable and we slept well every night. We also arrived slightly early and they offered us a marginally early check in which was great! All in all, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

La belle cabine d'eau est plus belle et propre que les photos.  Vous aimez bien vivre dans l'eau pour sentir le soleil et le brun du matin. Une nuit tranquille de marche sur la marche, vous pouvez regarder le paysage lumineux de la ville et des mosquées de l'autre côté. C'est une grande expérience. Trois chats parents vivants et routiers sont un grand point lumineux. Je voudrais vous aider à prendre un petit déjeuner riche sur un plateau de bois le matin. Merci à votre maître pour avoir offert de partager cette expérience colorée de la maison d'eau.

L'hôtel Radisson Brunei est le seul hôtel de chaîne internationale. Situé à quelques pas à pied à de nombreux endroits d'intérêt, comme le Regalia Museum, le Brunei History Museum, le centre commercial Yayasan, le Kampong Ayer et surtout le marché de nuit avec de grands aliments tout autour de la rue. L'hôtel propose un service de navette gratuit à différents centres commerciaux 3 fois par jour. Le plus recommandé est Gadong où vous avez le plus grand magasin de vente au Brunei ainsi que le célèbre marché de la nuit Gadong où vous pouvez trouver et essayer tous les types de nourriture brénéenne, le meilleur! L'hôtel dispose d'un centre de fitness 24-hour avec équipements à jour, toilette, douches et connecté à la piscine. Pas de personnes disponibles. Le petit déjeuner a du goût, bien que non assez variété et pas assez de légumes. Le service est amiable et utile. La chambre est très confortable et vous pouvez utiliser un appareil de recharge pour vous permettre de garder votre bouteille d'eau. La chambre était à l'arrière de la petite forêt, donc pas de bruit de la rue.

La première sélection de la position de l'hôtel pour les jeunes est au centre de la ville C'est très bien de trouver à l'autre côté de l'hôtel Lijiang. L'environnement sanitaire global dépasse même certains hôtels. C'est plus que je ne l'attendais.

Stayed for just one night. Hotel was within vicinity of good restaurants and eateries. Breakfast served at the Service Apartment was very simple but tasty especially the mee mamak.

Le centre-ville est situé dans le centre de la ville de Saint-Marin, où il est situé dans le centre de Saint-Marin. Il y a des options pour manger et faire des courses autour de l'hôtel. Le célèbre marché de la nuit est à environ 5-10 min à pied. Vous pouvez trouver quelques taxis qui attendent autour de l'hôtel, si ce n'est pas le cas, le personnel de l'hôtel vous en aidera. Le personnel de l'hôtel est amical et chaud. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est également bon. Cet hôtel est coûteux par rapport aux équipements. En général, Brunei est un lieu coûteux et non une destination touristique. C'est juste pourquoi je l'apprécie moyenne.

The person from Higher Hotel assigned to meet me at the airport didn't show up so I had to ask a (p/u-s/o) working at the airport to make call (my phone was unusable) to the hotel. The pick up was for 01:00 but was delay until 02:00 Other than this episode the rest of the stay was quite positive. Higher Hotel is a good location for people who have a limited time to visit Brunei's capital, Bandar Seri Begawan. Higher Hotel has a group of professional personnel ( beside the airport p/u person), friendly, helpful and courteous. The lobby is bright and airy with adequate sofas for guest waiting for cabs or transportation. The room and the bathroom, in my opinion, is better than most three stars hotel.There is a fair sized shopping mall across the street (to the right) from the hotel. Jame's Hassanil Bolkiah Mosques is only a 15 mins easy pace walk. The hotel can arrange a sightseeing trip for the four must see (my take if you have only one free day to take in the city): Istana Nurul Iman, Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Kampong Ayer - Venice of East, and Jame's Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque. Jame's Hassanil Bolkiah Mosqueis only 15 mins walk from the Higher Hotel. Walk out from the hotel's front door, turn right and walk on that direction of the highway. To check your bearing, you may want to walk down to the roadside bus stop (just outside the hotel) and look to the right where you will see a pedestrian crossover above the highway. You can walk through the shopping mall (across the from the hotel) to get to the crossover. Go over the crossover and walk alongside the highway (nice walking path with green grass between the highway). Make a left turn when arrive at a four way signal lights. Turn left and look up. The golden domes of the mosque is 5 minutes away.

it has been almost 2 years MCO and now I have an opportunity to visit my Husband in Brunei. Thinking about self-isolation going to be the worst time of my life which I will be alone for at least 7-14 days in the hotel room. So I was prepared for some activities including office work...oh dear lucky that I can work from everywhere. The room is very spacious and clean. I can choose my sitting for work, reading a book or having a meal. The cozy atmosphere at the living area is so relaxing. I can see the views of the city from the window. Talking about the meal is superb! I have no complaint at all except my weight haha... Moreover the hospitality provided by the staffs were great! I really MISS the moments. I highly recommended this Hotel is the best place to stay whenever you visit Brunei. -siti-
