Avis : Cabana Retreat - Glamping

je reste dans la chambre avec salle de bain privée, je ne peux donc pas parler pour ceux qui restent dans la cabane. Cette retraite est simple et constitue un endroit magnifique pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Environ 2 heures de trajet jusqu'à la pointe de Kudat. Le choix de nourriture est cependant assez limité, mais j'apprécie néanmoins mon séjour ici. Un merci particulier aux réceptionnistes le jour de l'enregistrement et le jour du départ, car ils étaient tous deux serviables et arrangeants, j'espère que cet endroit continuera à prospérer.

Mis à part les moisissures visibles sur la toile, l'expérience a été géniale... le lit était assez confortable, nous avons très bien dormi 😂 nous reviendrons.

Le quartier est assez isolé et il y a peu de restaurants à proximité. Les hébergements sont standards, avec une offre de petit-déjeuner moyenne.

Plage propre, personnel sympathique et arrangeant. Choix de nourriture limité, mieux vaut acheter ses propres collations avant l'enregistrement. Barbecue autorisé. Les installations telles que le parc aquatique et le pont suspendu sont fermées (je ne sais pas si c'est permanent ou temporaire). Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon endroit pour les familles qui aiment la nature et un séjour de glamping unique.

Le service est bon et le personnel est sympathique. Les installations sont également bonnes, mais les toilettes doivent être partagées avec les autres. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement bon avec la vue sur l'océan.

Overall is good, but there is a lot of dog roam around the hotel & beach. So we find it a bit uncomfortable.

Overall ok, but clamping a bit old. Not much activity. Food was ok.

Room is cozy, equipped with portable aircon which is sufficient, can’t ask for more with the locations & resort setting. For me is quite comfy already, Will go there and stay again there next time 🫰🏻

Tents condition is worn out, but the stay the setup is really nice. Toilet / bathroom conditions need to be improve. Location is by the beach, food is good. Overall is good for staycation. Can accommodate large groups 👍🏻

Amazing! Perfect getaway for healing. The only thing is the telco connection other than digi is not working.

My stay was quite disappointing due to poor service throughout. As an in-house guest, I felt neglected. priority seemed to be given to outside visitors for facilities and the restaurant. There was no proper dining space allocated for staying guests, and we had to wait or find alternatives. The facilities were not well-maintained, and the glamping tent lacked basic cleanliness, making the experience far from relaxing. It’s unfortunate, as the concept has potential, but the management and guest service need serious improvement.

Booked for romantic tent, same like the ad. Looks like a brand new tent, because the colour is still white compared to the others which is already yellowish and got a bit mould. Romantic tent have no shade, so the light shines through into the tent. Even so, the tent doesn't feel hot, the portable aircond keeps it cool inside. asked for keetle from the receptionist. need to ask for keys for private bathroom as they are having renovation during our stay.

Very disappointing stay compared to pictures / advertised accommodation. Firstly the room we booked was unavailable, which was clearly something that had happened weeks before. The pool did not exist (had been concreted in), the toilets were very run down and broken, and the tents themselves were mouldy and collapsing in. Bus loads of tourists were shipped in for the sunset / evening food, meaning even the location felt compromised. The staff were absolutely lovely, and the interior of the tent itself was nice. The whole site just felt like it needed a good clean/tidy and some money invested.
