Upon review, we found that there was an internal error in the room assignment, where a double room was mistakenly reserved instead of a triple. While this was not intentional, we understand how it affected your first impression, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to rectify the situation.Regarding the extra bed arrangement, please note that our room types and policies are set according to standard capacity and safety regulations. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, such requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility at the time.We’re pleased to know our housekeeping team was able to assist you during your stay. Concerning the issue with the toilet, our records show that it was promptly attended to and resolved by our team. Please note that the plumbing issue was caused by an unusual blockage, and there were no prior complaints about the toilet in that room. Nonetheless, we have taken steps to ensure all facilities are thoroughly inspected and maintained.With regards to parking, please note that complimentary parking is granted to guests staying in Deluxe Rooms and above, which includes the Triple Room booked under your reservation. However, parking spaces are limited and operated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak periods or when hotel functions are taking place, all available lots may be occupied. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us improve our services.
