Imago Loft Residences KK

first visit first stay at this place, not so impress with the room given to us, because we request for 3/4 rooms but given one queen bed at the only room and 2 single bed at what I can say a family room, and to get the room keys, at the next building 😂 (its a new thingy to me😁) location is everything and I can say its a 5 stars rating for location, the shopping, the foodie, 24 hours restaurant/shops, getting a transport to city also kinda good thank you Imago Loft Residence for such a valuable experience

I stayed at a 3 bedroom at Loft C apar**ent above Imago Mall. I can't seem to find the actual advertised accommodation. Anyway at first glance the apar**ent seemed like a good stay as it was well located near the city and right above Imago Mall which had many shops but was very busy and traffic jammed. They had 2 pools wherw the water did not look very clean. There were other amenities I didn't look at The apar**ent I stayed was 3 bedroom with a bathroom in each bedroom which was great but one bathroom door could not open once you were inside which was dangerous and not ideal. I have stayed at KK apar**ents and found that they need maintenance and upgrade. This one needed maintenance in the apar**ent. Our keys did not work on our last days of stay and they had no professional lock smith available. The manager we liased with was rude, not very transparent and did not want to talk to us. In the end he got another team member to deal with us, very unprofessional. In the end his team of 4/5 men came to carve out a hole in the door so that it opened. This took 3 hours and we could not stay that long to wait at night so we had to book a hotel nearby. My other relatives stayed at apar**ents in Loft C and B above Imago and had issues with their doors and bathrooms too but not to the extent we had.
