From the moment entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The room that booked was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and linens. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated.They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day. In addition to the comfortable accommodations, a strategic place, comfortable and has parking where it is easy to go to the hotel. The hotel also provides food sets that can be bought in the room, making it easier for customers to use them and pay later. apart from that, this hotel also has very good employees who provide services and for example the internet is not working and the employees will continue to go to fix the internet problem.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly great. I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who incredibly friendly and very helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The location was convenient for exploring the city. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

Budget-friendly, luxury feel. Your wallet will thank you. The staff are friendly, accommodating and communicative. While attending my 3-day conference in KK, I would occasionally look forward to rushing back to the hotel for my introvert self to relax and replenish, and it sure does not disappoint

The hotel is quite new. The facilities are kept up nicely and the staff is friendly, too. It's suitable for solo or small family. The location is a little bit far from Imago Mall or other shopping malls. Overall, it's one of the recommended hotels if you want to travel here.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. The cleaning service was very helpful and great. Strategically located on the city and walking distance to imago mall and food shop. All staff were super helpful assisting what we needed. However the room not really soundproofed, but since the hotel was quiet all the time it doesn’t cause any discomfort.
