Booked the sea view room but it’s not full sea view. You see the roof of the shopping mall across the road and partial sea view beyond the roof. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lounge and swimming pool on 23 floor was nice.
Location is good. Opposite new shopping mall and walking distance to ***a Street with full of eating places. Also walking distance to Waterfront.

Awesome stay in their seaview room for beautiful sunset everyday. Room is spacious and balcony is nice place to relax. Housekeeping on the ball. Will come back again.

Hotel is quite new. Location is very good just across the road from Suria shopping mall. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Service was excellent!

next to a shopping mall, convenient shop. You can visit the Hawker stalls situated very neat to the hotel. The swimming pool and the roof restaurant are very beautiful and has a good view. The gym is facing a mountain view. I shall visit the hotel again next time.

Thanks Hyatt Centric for the birthday cake surprise. I really happy and appreciate it.. Room was beautiful, cozy & big . Very clean & good shower. View from the room was spectacular ( sea view ). Rooftop pool & bar also beautiful in the sunset moment. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Overall staying here was a marvellous for us.

Excellent experience staying, nice view and easy access to shopping mall and island hoping jetty. Only a little bit disappointed is breakfast not much choice for dining.

A modern, pleasant & great hotel to stay with when in KK. Location was easily accessible even though the entrance to hotel was narrowly located in between building. Easily accessible to Suria Mall, jesselton duty free mall and other eateries surrounding hence it recommended to stay. Guest were provided valet parking services by the hotel for free if you are driving around with rental car.
Rooms cleanliness was in tip-top conditions as it is Hyatt standard and front service guests was friendly and easy to approach. Breakfast spread was decent with varieties of selection and desserts hence it's recommended. Great skybar to enjoy KK and great sing band by the group.
