It was a really nice stay. The staff is really helpful and nice. Trilok and Nitesh were super helpful and served amazing hospitality.

I feel this hotel to be the best in Udaipur on all parameters of location, service, food, ambience, excellent interior work, room quality and amenities with enamoring and smiling countenance of the staff. For individual consciousness, the innermost essence is of awareness and the knowledge that such fine hotels exist in places like Udaipur at such an affordable price. This awareness is both the source of my own self pleasure as well as can be source of larger satiation of craving for staying out for those who perennially search for such places as explorers of newness in things. The hotel has also a very good restaurant which needs a visit by all the foodies who happen to be in Udaipur. The food is excellent and I got opportunity to explore and savor some nice delicacies like waffles, nicely cooked paranthas, and very delectable poha and pancakes. My special thanks and regards to the Chef and his team for the way they coordinate and put in efforts to keep the guests cheered up through their delectable food. This hotel steals the march and remains to be a preferred choice for any discerning tourist in Udaipur. The Jacuzzi bath provided us great fun and a big relief from the scorching and sweltering heat to the group of my friends. What makes this hotel stand apart from other hotels is the exquisite charm which is borne out of sustained and dedicated efforts of the team-head of the hotel. It was pleasure meeting him; the person who has the innate quality of being so good at heart; so pure and spontaneous in reflexes that it does not take time for anybody to fall in love with him. It was very pleasant to meet this awesome, pleasant and remarkable *** - Mr. Mustaq Hashmi, the General Manager of the hotel. I do not find proper words to thank Mr. Hashmi who works so hard to keep this hotel updated and keep the hotel flag flying high in the sky. The staff is distinctly different, smiling, welcoming and supportive. Credit of upkeep and good governance goes again to the team head Mr. Hashmi for inculcating such suave behavioral habits in his team members with special message of gratitude for Mr. Bobby Gogna , Manager and Mr. Naveen, Intern (Admin) for assisting and supporting us throughout our stay. Parallel Hotel, Udaipur remains to be my second home. The affability of the team and its leader gives credence to the image of the brand Parallel, and a shot in the arm of its parent company Radisson.

Very good hotel for family stay in Udaipur and the receptionist Nitesh , trilok , sanjana gave us a very good treat. Nice clean rooms. It was an excellent stay. Recommend to stay here. Whenever I will come back to Udaipur will definitely stay here.

Tasty Food, Nice Location, Good Services, Excellent Hygiene. Very courteous staff. Firki Restaurant staff (each and everyone) gave excellent attention and service. We reached late around 11pm. They served us dinner at 11.15pm with smile & patience. They kept the restaurant open for us till 12.30 midnight. Excellent gesture. Rooms are clean and comfy. Although, the variety is little less (which didn't matter to me atleast) but food is tasty.

My stay at Parallel Hotel Udaipur was truly delightful. The food at the hotel was consistently good. I particularly enjoyed the diverse breakfast spread, offering a great mix of Indian and continental options, all fresh and flavorful ever
